Extend operating times on devices, excluding cameras, that are powered by Sony-type L-series batteries by powering from larger-capacity Gold or V-Mount batteries using this Non-Decoding D-Tap to Cross Dual-Side Sony L-Series NPF Dummy Battery from DigitalFoto Solution Limited. A right-angle D-Tap connector on one end goes into the desired high-capacity power source for an input of 9-20 VDC. The power signal is then delivered via a coiled cable that is extendable from 4.7 to 23.6" to a dual-side, Sony-type L-series dummy battery for powering your target devices with 8V, 8A, 64W power. A USB-C PD output with 5, 9, and 12 VDC power at 36W is also integrated on the dummy battery end, which will allow you to power or charge select devices compatible with USB-C.

Using several SmallRig parts (including a viewfinder extender, short rod, and a cage for the Focus), this is the perfect length for running the monitor off d-tap and helps reduce the weight on the extender (which is connected to the FS5 top handle by a tiny metal screw).
