Sirui CS200B Bi-Color LED Monolight Photography Lightcontinues to expand its CS series with the CS200B Bi-Color LED Monolight—a 200W versatile constant light source. Brighter than its previous version, the CS200B still offers a compact and lightweight design with a variable color temperature of 2700-6500K. The fixture creates a stable light source and even illumination for indoor use, home studio, photography, video recording, content creation, live streaming, and other scenarios. Easily control the light onboard or remotely via the app to adjust the settings, which include 12 creative effects and three different fan modes. The CS200B has a power cord for continuous use with mains power.

The CS200B offers 12 lighting effects to help you achieve different looks. Choose between lightning, flash, broken bulb, TV, pulse, welding, fireworks, SOS, CCT loop, blast, candle, and fire.

The light has a Bowens mount for attaching various light modifiers, such as the included reflector or separately purchased softboxes. In addition, the mounting bracket has a hole for inserting a separately available umbrella.

The light offers improved heat dissipation by its temperature control function that helps prevent overheating. The built-in fans are quiet when in use, but you can also turn them off in sound-sensitive situations.

High speed fan mode offers strong heat dissipation to operate at full power.
Medium speed fan mode reduces noise working at a 30% light intensity.
Fan off mode emits almost no noise working at 10% brightness.

A: Unfortunately, the GVM SD200D does not offer scene modes.

[200 W ] I'm a photographer and my partner is an actor. We decided we wanted to invest in a light that would work for both of us. While I would have preferred a flash, my partner needed a continuous light for self-taping. This turned out to be the best option for us in our price point. I wanted a light that was at least 200W and he needed a dim function so that he could take down the light if it was too bright (he just shoots with his webcam). We also needed the ability to adjust color temperature. This light met all of those requirements AND it came with a free parabolic light dome which is awesome (and not clear in the page description). I'm using a C stand to mount it, but the light is very light. It's super easy to set up and comes with everything you need including a reflector and a good quality case. My only criticism is that I wish the color temperature went up to like 7500k, but it's really not a big issue since I can just use gels as needed. Overall, we're very pleased with this purchase. It provides beautiful, even light at a great price point and no hum (as far as we could tell). 5

[Yes] Bi-Color so it's brighter than the RGB equivalent fixtures. The lantern softbox is a great tool for a key light for small sets where you need a practical light centered over your subjects. It can also suffice as a softbox in a pinch so you might have to flag areas you don't want lit. Overall I love these fixtures because they are light weight and easily modified using Bowens mount accessories. 5

[200 W ] All around great light. Needed a light to work as a soft fill for my small church. Had to throw a distance of 37 feet and 21 feet wide. Windows behind the alter, so in the summer it is used to avoid silhouette. During the winter, used to create as a soft fill to keep light levels up. I use it with a soft box. Plenty of power. Only use it at about 35%. 5

[1x Reflector] For the price this is an awesome little spot light. I'm a photographer that prefers spotlight over flash. I was going to be traveling and needed something convenient enough to fit into my backpack. This GVM led light fit my needs perfectly! [Fan] I like how easy this is to set up, adjust power and color temperature and preview your lighting for he shot. The magnetic mounts are quick and easy to use, but the part that the umbrella ribs slide into seam very flimsy. Time will tell how they hold up. Be sure to think of extras too: standard mount umbrellas, weights for stands and the battery kit to get the most use out of it. 5
