The Camgear BC-3 Bowl Clamp Elite 25 Headis designed to work with the Camgear Elite 25 Fluid Head and all Camgear tripods (except those in the Mark system). The BC-3 bowl clamp screws onto the tripod bolt via its 3/8"-16 female thread.

Q: 5. I have the ba-113 ball head, and use the Canon t4i with my new Sigma 150-600mm, but get CONSIDERABLE drift when using it on the tripod. Would this be better, or will it still drift, would a pan-tilt be better than a ball head?

A: 3 knobs - big one controls tilt up down sideways, smaller one on the bottom allows turning side to side and top one is to secure base plate. All work very well.

Q: 8. What is the difference between the BE-126 and the BC-126 heads?

A: The Oben BC-126 ball head features tension control, whereas the BE-126 ball head does not.

Q: 9. I'd like to mount a TopRig S40 Motorized Camera Slider with a Sony A7siii on this head with tripod. Will it support it?

[7.1 oz / 200 g] Vinten heads come with very low bowl clamps, and that's fine if you have a wide opening to work with. But the Flowtech 75 is a narrow opening, and that makes it difficult to adjust the short Vinten clamps. This one is designed specifically for use with these legs, so it's the perfect fit, offering more to grab when you reach for it. And, it's still short enough that it doesn't hit the ground when the legs are lowered to their lowest point. 5

[7.1 oz / 200 g] I've owned 4 of these for almost 2 years now and have put them through some pretty strenuous shoots and have had no problems. I was super skeptical when making the decision to buy and have not regretted it. These are every bit the head and sticks Sachtler systems are at half the price (no offense Sachtler, I love you too). I have put full size broadcast cameras with 40x barrel lens rigs on them with no compromise in stability, smoothness and support. Same with larger (17) prompter systems. Comfortable spring settings, pan and tilt tension...easy leveling, stable arms, smooth plate slide adjustment, extra bolt storage, solid locks on the leg stages...I'm completely satisfied with them. 5

[3/8"-16] I needed a replacement clamp for an older Vinten Vision 10. I wasn't sure I could find one. B&H delivered - as usual! Works great! 5

[7.1 oz / 200 g] The clamp serves its purpose perfectly. The only issue in my case is that the three sleeves (21/22, 23/24 and 25/26 mm) included in the box are useless considering that my vertical post that's supposed to slip into the clamp base is 28 mm. Fortunately, the clamp will fit up to a 32 mm post. So, with a piece of wood I was able to shim the difference to make the clamp usable. 5
