[2000 to 10,000K] I have really loved my portable Godox strobe flash unit with TTL wireless transmitter. This product (aside from not being battery powered) is very much along those lines of quality, versatility, good price and convenience. The fact that it comes with a custom carrying case make it very easy to deploy this in the field. The variable color temperature makes it easy to match the light to the ambient light in any given setting. I find this bright enough for my intended uses, but it's not bright enough to be a key light for a really demanding lighting scenario with small-sensor pro camcorders, where the key light really needs to drive the shot. Rather, this is well suited for a fill light or key light intended to fill shadows and/or create a pleasing catchlight in a subject's eyes, but not to drive the whole scene. For a full-frame mirrorless with fast glass, it absolutely drive your shot. Good quality, brightness, and versatility for the price! 5

[RGB] Aputure does it again. 5 years ago to have an RGB light like this would have cost a fortune and still it wouldn't reach this level. Yes. Aputure has even brighter lights like the Nova series that have their many advantages, but this is so affordable, so easy to use... and you can very confidently buy multiple. An RGB monolight with a bowens mount, amazing color quality, so easy to control with the sidus link app. It's great. 5

[RGB] This light worked really well in our commercial shoot one of the things I like most about it was the app we were able to put the light up high and change lighting on the fly without having to actually go to the light This is a game changer! I plan on buying two more. 5

[1x Reflector] As an indy film maker, you are always on the hunt for the highest value gear. You want the gear that doesn't make its name on overpriced gimmicky features. You want gear that does more for less. I started out just wanting the most powerful LED video light I could find without paying a fortune. It was difficult to find anything between the high end content creator panels and professional studio lights. Then I discovered this little gem trickling out of the factory. I had to wait for a couple months to get it but it was totally worth the wait. You can read its stats but it is indeed very powerful. By far the brightest light I could find for under a thousand. When you add in the precision control you have over temperature and color, and its zoom function, there is no competition. The light is more powerful than what you would need as a talking head content creator and you'd be better off getting more than one smaller light. But for an indy film maker working in a larger space I couldn't find anything that came even close for this pricepoint. Unless you already have a DMX set up, get the Godox RC-R9 remote for this light. It works really well, whereas the bluetooth phone app you can get is not good. 5

[RGB] The option to switch between bi-color & RGB, along with some of the very useful FX options like the firelight option is invaluable to have all in one light. The only thing that I wish about this light (which I'm sure they'll be producing some in the very near future) is a higher wattage. At the time of ordering this light, the 150w was the only available option. 300watts would've been nice but we'll make do with this for now. 5
