Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What are the dimensions when the lantern is collapsed? Trying to decide if it will fit in a travel bag I have.

A: Here is the following product dimensions 26.2 x 6 x 5.5 inches

Q: 2. Would this fit a interfit colorflash 250ti? If not what would you recommend for this flash model?

A: The Interfit ColorFlash 250I Monolight (we do not find any listing for a "colorflash 250ti") has a proprietary system for attaching reflectors or speed rings. Unfortunately, no speed ring is available for that strobe, so there is no conventional means of attachment. Having said that, many other Interfit strobes (including some Colorflash models) accept a Bowens S mount speed ring. Since it's not completely clear as to which strobe you have, it may be worth examining a Bowens S style ring -- one type of which being included with the Godox Softbox with Bowens Speed Ring and Grid (19.7 x 51.2") (B&H# GOSBNBM50130) -- to see if that design standard might fit your strobe: https://bit.ly/2WDNz43 If it would then the Godox Softbox with Bowens Speed Ring and Grid (19.7 x 51.2") (B&H# GOSBNBM50130) would be perfect for your use.

Q: 3. Is the Grid removable, or do i have to buy one and another without that Grid?

A: The included fabric grid attaches to the front of the softbox via touch-fasteners.

Q: 4. does an ad600 pro fit in this soft box?

A: Yes, this fits on the Godox AD600Pro. This softbox attaches via a speedring, which is a Bowen-S type mounting ring.

Q: 5. Has anyone tried linking two of these together?

A: Per Zoom, you can link up to 2 of these cables together.

Q: 6. Will this softbox work on a Paul Buff speedring?

A: Yes replace the speeding for a Balcar or Paul Buff speedring.

Q: 7. Looks like this speeding cannot be used with profoto b10 light. Any additional adapter that we need to get the profoto lights to work with this Bowens speed ring? Or we need to buy a totally separate profoto speed ring to use with this softbox?

A: The Godox Softbox with Bowens Speed Ring and Grid (19.7 x 51.2") is not directly compatible for use with the Profoto B10 OCF Monolight Flash. It would need an adapter, such as B&H # GTGSAR1425, for use on the Profoto B10.

Q: 8. Is it compatible with Sirui Rectangular Softbox (23.6 x 35.4") ?

A: The Godox Rectangular Softbox Grid (23.6 x 35.4") is not compatible with the Sirui Rectangular Softbox (23.6 x 35.4"). The Sirui softbox requires a gird that folds over the edges of the softbox and Velcros to the outside of the box, whereas the Godox Rectangular Softbox Grid (23.6 x 35.4") sits inside the lip of the softbox to connect.

Q: 9. Will this work with the Forza 60 with Bowens adapter?

A: Yes.

Q: 10. Will this cable be compatible with the upcoming 2nd generation mics that are rolling out soon with the Zoom H8? Thanks!

A: The extension cable (ECM-6) is compatible with the H8, However Zoom cannot confirrm compatabilty with the new generation mics as of today; the new mics will have multiple channel, therefore it is not likely to be compatible. [Blue] I am not aware of any other product that accomplishes plant stabilization. If not the wind, many flowers will tremble, making if difficult to get a clean macro shot. The clamp is well designed. I have used one of these in this years spring flower photography and decided to purchase another one. Extends the reach of other Wimberley products

[0.97 lb] Light weight aluminum rod, about 5/8-inch diameter (16mm), that can be joined together in series to create a longer rod. I have several of these, they serve many different purposes. They aren't heavy duty (and thus they are light in weight), which is perfect for my needs, holding various objects on set without adding heft or bulk to my grip kit. In comparison to Matthews MICROgrip Rods, these can be secured in any receptacle or mount that accepts a 5/8-inch stud (16mm), whereas Matthews MICROgrip uses a smaller diameter. Both products are good tools, serving different purposes.

[0.97 lb] For the price this can't really be beat, the fit of the front layer is not great by really for the price I can't complain. It does a pretty good job on my small rig light and is certainly an improvement over the terrible stock reflector.

[Blue] More mass but still light and nimble. Got these and the 250mm to position lighting accessories for extreme close up shots. They're stout with super snug threading that once assembled they'll stay put. I'll order more soon as there's uses I haven't thought of yet and fairly priced.

[Blue] I used this in combination with a Pedco UltraMount Universal Ball Head, an Impact Small 3/8" Female Threaded Adapter to 1/4"-20 Male Threaded Post, a Vello Cold Shoe Mount with 1/4" thread, and a lock nut from a Rycote 037302 Hot Shoe Adaptor to attach a Rode Video Mike to my Manfrotto Fluid Drive Head. This freed up the camera hot shoe to hold another accessory, and moved the mike to a position where it was out of my way and less likely to pick up camera sounds. You would think that an item like this would be commercially available as a unit, but every "magic arm" I found was more complex, more expensive and still required some more hardware to complete the link. The setup works perfectly.

[Blue] Just like the 150mm set they're super precise, solid, strong, and the best I've ever seen. The connectors don't have to be torqued super tight to grip securely as the machining is excellent. Snugged up, no jiggle or rattle they're like a solid longer piece. Go for it.
