For monitoring and post-production work that requires lens metadata as well as ENG lens control, Chrosziel offers the Meta Mount Active Adapter for Sony BURANO to ARRI PL. When the Meta Mount is used with cinema lenses that feature ARRI's Lens Data System or Cooke's i/Data protocol, focus distance, T-stop, and focal length metadata are transmitted through the adapter's electronic contacts, appear in the BURANO's viewfinder and monitor, and get recorded to the video file for post-production work.

A 12-pin Hirose out connection enables focus, iris, and zoom control for ENG-style, servo-controlled broadcast lenses through the camera, Sony BURANO GP-VR100 hand grip, Sony FX9 top handle, a remote control panel, or the BURANO's web GUI. The Meta Mount has a max power consumption of 350mAh at 12V and includes a set of shims for precise lens calibration, a mini-USB cable for firmware updates, and accessory power cables.

[1.52 lb] Do you want that epic Panavision look without the epic Panavision prices? This lens is for you! There is minimal chromatic aberration when the F stop is wide open, slightly closing it will clear it right up. The focus is spot on with minimal horizontal softness after the de-squeez. Every shot looks like an epic movie. You cant go wrong with this lens. 5

[Sony Burano] First camera cage system from BT and it's awesome. I bought the original Kasbah system alongside the Misfit kick back in the day and was impressed by the functionality, quality, and their efforts to keep things light weight while still strong/solid. When it came time to get a cage for the Burano, I knew I wanted to try BT over the other options that were first to market apon its launch. The side rails connecting top and bottom inspire confidence for mounting things pretty much anywhere on the rig. The sliding top plate is slick, I'm getting another one for quick swaps to my movi alongside a BUD plate for the bottom. The D handle is solid and comfy. Paired with my Kasbah shoulder rig, its the quickest to build and comfiest to shoulder all day compared to other systems I've tried/built in my AC days. You won't regret it! Also the customer service is TOP with BT. They just called me within 15 mins to get clarification on a support email I sent regarding plate compatibility. Who does that these days?! 5

[3/8"-16 Female] I purchased the 203 version of this follow focus (one generation back) secondhand and immediately I noticed the modern design and solid quality. The thing that sets a professional follow focus apart from the lesser expensive versions is the machining tolerances. Chrosziel manufactures this unit with very low tolerances meaning there are no gaps or wiggle room where there shouldn't be. The gearing mechanism is smooth and performs as expected. The marking discs click into place with a satisfying snap. The knob handle is large enough to firmly grab onto but not overbearingly large. It has a slim profile and fits well into cases etc. Don't skimp on getting a cheap follow focus, it's an integral part of what makes a movie, focus! 5

[Yes] I haven't seen this anywhere, but the mft version has painted on marks while the FF version's are etched in. These S35 do in fact also have etched in marks/numbers. That plus the overall build quality and picture quality really make this an amazing lens. Added it to my BMPCC 4K with a Fotodiox Variable ND adapter and it's perfect. 5
