A: Hello Caroline,I have not opened the box as I use Aqua Tech rain covers and bought these light weight covers to quickly put them on to avoid champgne damage for celebrations. But I am fairly sure the Lg is for a 300 2.8 or similar. The Med would fit your 70-200. Beware these are not full coverage for your body like Aqua Tech and using them in rain where you have your camera on your shoulder it does not offer much protection. Hope this is helpful.
