A: There is no microphone included, but there is a small microphone jack in the rear of the unit which I have not had the need to use. There is a cable that I run from the ADA to my mixer, and my microphone is plugged into the mixer.

A: yes they work with the R37. That is just what I use them for. My PPA R37 came new with the ear 013.

A: The one set you see pictured, and it actually connects to the receiver by a wire, which is not pictured, to the headphone jack.

Q: 9. Do you have double ear buds for this system?

A: Yes , any dual ear bud can be used with this system. Williams Sound EAR 042 is a sound canceling dual earphone that works well.

Q: 10. do you have a stereo plug for a model PKT C1 pocketalker Pro hearing aide?

A: Bought this to use with a Sony AM/FM radio. A reviewer of the radio said his earbuds only allowed one side.Found that Sony had wired the headphone jack to out put Mono to both earbuds. So I did not need the stereo to mono adapter. I did notice that when using the adapter the left earbud was lower in level. I think the adapter was working but was conflicting with the way Sony had wired the headphone jack.

[0.07 lb] I have purchased 100s of these over the past three years and only 2 have had to be sent back for a prompt manufacturer's free no questions asked repair or replacement. I have tried all of the other brands but none compares to the William-Sound audio quality and clarity. 5
