A: I purchased the 86mm white balance cap a few months ago for my 24-70/f2.8 Tamron lens, which has 82mm threads. It came with two step-up rings, one 77 to 86mm, the other 82 to 86mm. I use the latter ring on my Tamron lens, and just hold it in front for smaller lenses.JackM

A: YES IT WORKS. You must unscrew and remove the finial ring on the camera first. Then, screw on the adapter. I have an x100t and I just attached the adapter ring. I have attached my B+W 49 MRC nano clear filter and I am good to go.

A: I don't think of it as either. It's a tool to manually set white balance without the use of a white card.

A: A Sony Handycam CCD-TRV67 has a 37mm filter threading and this fisheye lens has a 72mm filter thread. However with a couple of step up adapters (since we currently no longer carry a straight 37mm to 72mm adapter), the 72mm 0.3X HD Ultra Fisheye Lens Adapter could be attached to your camera.

[0.2 lb] It's a small thin adapter ring that gives Kase magnetic filters something to stick to. A warning, though: be sure the filters are fully stuck before letting go. The magnetic attraction isn't all that strong unless the filters are fully seated in the adapter. The ring is thin enough that lens shades can still slide over it without problems. It's a nice, convenient system that makes filter usage easy and quick. 5

[72 mm] Whether it be a Kase Wolverine neutral density filter, or Magnetic Lens Cap you want to fit, the process all starts with this little blighter.. Ingenious, allowing the original lens hoods to be fitted either way, my experience is limited to Nikon, Zeiss, Fuji, Sigma, Olympus and Hasselblad lenses. I am sure there will be one out there, but I haven't found it yet! 5

[0.2 lb] If you’re going to switch to magnetic filters, it’s worth having an adapter on every lens so you can swap filters quickly with your whole kit. This version is the most slim combo as it screws down inside the lens threads instead of sitting on top like an extra filter. I’ve threaded mine into existing screw in UV filters I keep on at all times for protection. Works great. 5
