[Wireless CRMX] I have a P60x and got this while it was on sale. Really like this light.Only thing that concerns me is the weight vs bracket screw. I hope it holds up.

[Wireless CRMX] Im loving this light. I have the gvm 800D lights and they work great but for my video work I thought having these style lights that have sole built in light effects would be very useful for me. The back control buttons are pretty much the same with a few extra settings for controlling the preset light effects. This light does not come with a light stand so I just used another light stand that I had and mounts well. The foldable barn doors on the front of the light are easy to fold up and put away in the carrying case. And the barn doors also help with directing the light in a more specific area. The adjust angle of the light and mount design is very important for my needs as sometimes I film top down and I also want my lights to be facing down the same way my camera is facing and with these GVM series of lights it is possible. I don’t often use this light outdoors but the fact that we can power it via 2 NPF batteries is a huge bonus for mobile filming run and gun. The adjustable color spectrum and controls we have available at the back of the light along with using the mobile app. Just makes it very easy to operate and also very convenient to be able to control several lights when in the master and slave modes. Overall I am very happy with this light and my purchase.

[1x Skirt] First off, I highly recommend these lights! I’m a youth speaker for high school students and needed to transition to virtual presentations. These lights bring in a lot of character to my backdrop. I like how you can switch from bi-color (3200-5600) and colors. If I need more light on my face, I put one off to the side in front of me and put a diffuser in. The brightness adjusts in 1% increments which gives me more control over how I want to look on camera. Personally, I don’t like ring lights and feel these panels light your face more fully without having that weird ring in your eye. I’ve attached pictures to show how I have them light my background. I’ll let you be the judge with the pictures but I love how they make my studio look. I put these out at almost full power to give you a perspective of how bright they can be. Normally I have the blue light for the background at 40% and it’s plenty bright. I also like using one on white paper when I’m drawing or writing to make the paper pop more. Having the other two in different colors definitely gives more depth for the backdrop. 


If you’re like me and have a virtual studio, I feel these lights can definitely help you give more options to how you want your background to look. They come in a very nice case with everything you need. The app is straightforward to use and allows you to control the lights from your phone which makes things much easier for me when I’m changing the look of my setup. You also can do different with the lights as well (flickering, etc)

I would definitely get them again and am very happy with the way they make my virtual setup pop more. If you’re contemplating getting them, I hope this review was helpful in your decision. 


Final recommendation: Don't use a fake background! Make your background how you want it. It's more real way. My two cents!

[Wireless CRMX] This is a great LED panel light for the price. Solid build although plastic housing. The effects with the RGBWW are just a great bonus. Comes with the diffuser and egg crate too - perfect!

[Wireless CRMX] This was great for on-the-go, in the field (with no electrical outlets) documentary shoot! Great output for a very run-and-gun shoot. I love my aperture lights, but this allowed for quick set up and tear down, which is incredibly valuable for the shoots I do

[2000 to 11,000K] I am very impressed with this 3 light kit. The bag is amazing where everything is neatly packed. All three lights will be perfect for me on the go product photography. The stands are compact yet robust. From unboxing to ready to shoot it took less than 2 minutes to set everything up. I love that I can use use the power supply or even optional batteries to power the lights which again is amazing for location lighting.
I was initially worried that three lights and stands would be heavy, but to my surprise it was the perfect weight to carry all day without fatigue. This would be a great interview or YouTube setup too. Highly recommend this. In fact, I might look at buying another kit to keep in my studio.
