This matte black QRT-B Arca-Swiss Compatible Quick Release Plate from 3 Legged Thing is designed specifically for the AirHed Trinity fluid head and can be acquired as a spare or replacement for the original plate that comes with the head. It has a compact, low-profile 1.5 x 1.5" design and features corner holes for optional straps.

[Magnesium] I bought this to use with the Wimberly Sidekick. I needed a longer plate to balance the camera and lens. The lens extends as you zoom, so the balance point shifts. This plate is long enough to balance when fully zoomed in or out. It is nicely made, and works great. 5

[Magnesium] I was looking for a sturdy ARCA Swiss plate to use on my Canon 100-400mm telephoto lens with the Benro monopod and 3 Legged Thing tripod I have. This ARCA Swiss plate in the 70mm length fits perfectly and securely. 5

[0.105 lb] I have several of these. I would purchase a couple more if they came in additional bright colors. I like the option of having a couple different colors to help quickly identify similar camera bodies or as a reminder to remove from borrowed/rented gear. 5

[Arca-Type] This plate provides more balance and stability than shorter plates for the long bottom foot of the tripod mount ring of the Tamron 150-600 lens. I moved the 70mm plate's bottom anchoring screw (tagged 1 in the accompanying pic) to the center of the plate for improved balance on the tripod mount. I also removed two small screws (at location 2 in the pic) that came with the plate. The screws are part of a Three Legged Thing modular system but are not needed for this tripod ring application. Removing the screws allows the plate to mount into the Arca Swiss clamp on my tripod head. 5
