Each speaker features a 4.5" weather-treated paper cone woofer and a 0.75" aluminum dome tweeter, which is positioned on a 150° DMT waveguide. A: Yes, as long as the radios are the same type of radio, you can communicate together. Just make sure you put them on the same channel and they will communicate.

Q: 6. How long does the rechargeable battery last?

A: I typically get one day out of it, but it will depend on how heavy your usage is. Also, the included charger isn't a smart charger, so the longevity of the included batteries may not be exceptional. I mostly use the radios with eneloop or fujitsu AA rechargeable batteries (both are great), and the eneloop smart charger that comes in a set with batteries.
