[0.25 lb] My usual carry is the Tenba Messenger DNA 8 which is perfect for a small mirrorless camera and a lens or two. I wanted something a little larger that could accommodate some of my larger cameras/lenses. I chose a sling style to keep it from bouncing about on hikes as shoulder bags often due.

The 6L Axis is such a great size. It have carried the following combinations:
Sony A7R5 + 70-200/2.8 and a small prime.  
Hasselblad X2D with L-bracket fits + XCD 21/4 and 55/2.5.  
Leica SL3 plus the 35 SL APO and the 24-70.2.8.  
Leica M11 + M6 + 3 M-mount primes with room to spare. 

All of these combinations allow plenty of room for filters and accessories in the outer pocket.

It is large enough to not feel constrained with what I want to bring without feeling bulky on a longer hike. The camo look is really well done - subtle. Lining, zippers, rain cover, all top notch.

Sling bags are not meant to carry a lot of weight or for long periods. The strap design is comfortable for 2-3 hours. Beyond that I would recommend a backpack that equally distributes weight across both shoulders. The advantage to the sling is that it doesn't make your whole back sweat and it can easily slide around to your chest to make lens swaps or filters a breeze.

The strap is worn over your left shoulder when the sling is on your back or worn over your right shoulder if the sling is on your chest.

The straps on the bottom accommodate an accessory like a compact tripod and are smooth/easy to use.

Overall the AXIS V2 Sling is easy to recommend for most mirrorless cameras + 2 or 3 lenses. The fit and finish is typical Tenba quality and attention to details. I really wish I had found this sooner.

[Black] I love the Molle straps all around it. One can carry more than the camera with Molle bags. It is also great that it is adjustable. I have an A1 with a 70-300 mm lens and needed to put something in the bottom so the camera won't go down too far into the case. It will hold a larger than 70-300 mm lens.

[Universal] This bag has a great layout. My 16 Macbook pro with a protective shell was a little tight in the computer pocket at first, but as it breaks in it is getting better. It is a little deeper than my last couple backpacks and that helps with what layout for the gear I put in it. Great bag.

[Zipper] I bought this specifically to hold a minimalist kit (DSLR with attached zoom lens + spare battery and memory cards) for my recent trip to Korea.  For that purpose it worked very well.  I was able to place the adjustable partition horizontally on one side of the interior to support the lens and tuck the battery and memory cards underneath.  The camera was quick and easy to pull out and put back.  It provided good protection from the elements and it was nice to have not only a shoulder strap, but also a handle.  The side netted pockets are nice for holding a water bottle or small notebook.  Two very minor complaints would be the lack of a shoulder pad and the netted pocket in the lid doesn't really hold anything securely--when the lid is opened fully, whatever you put in there is likely to slide out.  These are minor complaints and overall I'm very happy with the bag.

[0.25 lb] This bag is very well made first off, has a nice size pocket on the front and two smaller pockets on the sides too. Holds my Sony a7rii with attached 24-70mm lens nicely, not too snug but good. I can carry a few spare batteries and my card reader too. This is my first Tenba bag and it won't be my last.

[Black] Small and easy to carry with Canon R6 and 24-105 f4 kit Lense.

[0.25 lb] Great Compact Top-Loading bag, Perfect for Light Travel. Thoughtfully designed, well constructed, and safely padded to protect camera gear. I like the expandable mesh pockets on both sides, using one for carrying a water bottle, and the other for camera accessories.

[Empty] My Canon R5, RF Adapter, EF24-70mm f/2.8 fits perfectly! The R5, RF adapter, EF 70-200mm f/2.8 also fits with the bottom extended. I should mention in both cases, I have the lens hood in the stored position.

Also the holster is very small and light. It protects the camera well when I stuff it in a non-photo backpack while traveling.

[Empty] Every time I get new equipment I seem to need a new bag and it’s always an ordeal finding just the right bag to fit everything just right and is comfortable for an old man to carry. The Tenba is just right for my Sony 7R5 with 28-70 & 16-35 2.8 GM 2s and has room for another small lens if I need it. The build quality is great and the bag is unobtrusive looking. There’s plenty of room for accessories too. I replaced the regular strap (not bad) with a Domke and now it’s really comfortable to carry too!

[Zipper] Absolutely love this Tenba Axis V2 top loading camera bag extend the bottom holds my camera and 70-200 f/4 L is lens attached and plenty of room in zippered pockets for phone extra batteries and other things plus a water bottle in the mesh pockets on the side or other things great bag for walking around the park, downtown streets or on hikes though the outdoors not to big not small great walk around bag great build and nicely padded to protect all my gear loving it !!!
