[17.3"] I am somewhat new to display tablets. It's a hard choice when their is Wacom, and everyone else; Huion, XP Pen, and others. After having purchased a Huion Kamvas pro 16, I quickly realized it wasn't going to cut it. Yes, they are a fraction of the price, but they are a fraction of the over all quality and function. The Wacom is consistently more accurate to the pen tip, especially at the edges of the display. The touch features are extremely useful when moving around your image in digital space. Pen accuracy and touch were important, so I am glad I spent the extra on the wacom and returned my Huion. 5

[60°] I'm new towards using a Wacom Pen Display, it’s a great tablet relating to how well it is made, the resolution of the screen and how well it behaves when using it to create 3D models and sketches in Autodesk Fusion and in Shapr3D in this short time of use, it really is a game changer that does complement its use in these software’s. Also, since I like to draw a lot, I am starting to get acquainted with this device and still have a long road ahead to get the best use and advantage in creating my drawings thru this pen display. The only problem I suffered was at the beginning trying to get it setup initially with my Apple Mac Studio M1 thru the USB-C cable connection; it is recognized in Mac OS Ventura with the Wacom Center app when installed but for some reason nothing can’t be displayed or mirrored to the device. I tried every possible troubleshooting solution, but nothing seems to work which is frustrating and the only way I was able to get it to work correctly as intended was thru the HDMI & USB-A connection setup. I called Wacom support explaining about the issue and after going over their troubleshooting process with me their best recommendation was in doing the upgrade to the Mac OS Sonoma version which should hopefully correct the issue; that upgrade should occur during the weekend when time is feasible after securing all important information and projects in progress. However, I’ll still will give it a 5-star since I’m satisfied with the way it is working thru the HDMI & USB-A connection, it really is helping me in my 3D creations in these initial five days of use in which I’m totally astonish as a beginner in using this device. 5

[IPS-Type LCD] Best drawing experience and for that reason its probably the most important device I have. However, whether user error or the device itself I do find going in and out of sessions that its syncing up to my mac book is finicky and having to reset a fair amount. 5

[5080 lpi] Ive always had a few technical problems with Wacom tablets, when paired to a PC. Windows/driver updates can throw a wrench in things. This video is one that helped clear up my issues where the pen was panning instead of drawing, no pen pressure and other annoying Windows ink features. Lots of forum searches and youtube watching. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGi47EWEkuY I also left my regular tablet plugged in and it trips up the function of the Cintiq. If you have the pen or mouse actively sitting on it, it will not allow drawing on the Cintiq. Simple problem, but it took me way too long to figure out. :) Smooth sailing, once the set up is complete. 5

[≤50 W] I took a lot of time researching which product to purchase and ended up purchasing the cintiq pro 24 touch. It's just the right size to manage all of my work. I also ended up purchasing it here at B&H mainly for a promotion they were running but also after talking with customer service it became clear that they were going to take care of my needs. I had a couple of question so I reached out multiple times and each time their representatives were patient and knowledgeable.
