[0.265 lb] Hold my Leica Q with a leather half case, strap and an extra battery with a bit of room to spare. Can just throw this into my backpack and offers nice protection for the camera against scratches and bumps. Nice leather and beautifully made. The elastic strap is firm and seems like it will hold up.

I think of their products as the perfect blend of aesthetics and function, and this little bag lives up to their name.


The leather feels tough but still soft and flexible, and the navy blue nylon lining is smooth and seems easy to clean. There is a thin layer of padding between the leather and interior fabric, and this layer feels thickest on the front and back of the bag.


I'm able to fit my Leica M and a small or medium sized M lens with room to spare. With a small lens, I feel I could probably tuck another small lens in here too inside of a fitted neoprene lens pouch.


More likely, I'll keep my filter pouch in here.


My only question is how well the elastic band will hold up over the years. It's a snug fit, and requires both hands to close up the bag. So if there's one drawback, it's that it does take a moment to get the bag open and closed. But, the obvious upside is there's no chance of the bag opening during transport. It should work great for taking my camera in and out of a larger bag a couple times a day, but this design would be a drawback in a shoulder strap bag or satchel where you need quick-draw access.

[Handheld Only] This pouch fits my Leica M rangefinder with a 35mm lens & hood attached perfectly. I avoid dedicated camera bags, trying to be as inconspicuous as possible. With my camera protected with this pouch, I can safely toss it into a knapsack along with other stuff.

[Drawstring] Well made and great to look at. Protection looks good for a soft bag. The bottom has a large foamed block with a formed hole for lens cap.It is rather large piece. This good for protecting the lens, may limit the lens height you can use.

[Empty] I use this with a Fujifilm x-h1. Got this for the wrist strap and ability to hang on my neck. I don’t neck straps, but recognize their utility. The wrist strap feels very secure. If you want a dedicated wrist strap with the secondary function of a neck strap (or vice-versa) then this is for you! Heads up: hanging an x-h1 on your neck with this is not comfortable. If you have a heavy DSLR/mirrorless and like to hang your camera off your neck than this may not be the strap for you.

[Drawstring] I love this pouch. It's simple, lightweight, and provides just enough padding for my Sony RX1RII so I can just carry it in my messenger bag.
