A: It says that it comes with glass but it is a super thin sheet of plastic or something. The glass is shrink-wrapped. Just removing the shrink-wrap scratched the glass . As soon as you unwrap it, the static that is created attracts every piece of dust to the thing like a magnet. I had to buy glass separately. And the frame itself is pretty flimsy. Some were nicked right out of the box. And don't drop one. It falls apart. But yes. It does come with backing.

Q: 8. Can the photo storage be expanded?

A: Yes you can purchase additional cloud storage from Meural.

Q: 9. does it have built-in battery or need to be plugged in?

A: This is AC powered only.

Q: 10. Can you display photos and videos in the same slideshow?

[Acrylic] This is an excellent frame for 13 x 19 size photos for the wall. Well made and very budget friendly. It's not overstated in any way or trying to be something it's not. Looks really good. Multi frames could easily be used to display various photos and not ruin the total look. 5
