This H&Y HD EVO-Series Rainbow Streak Filter 82mmfrom H&Y HD EVO-Series Rainbow Streak Filter 82mmincludes an 82mm rainbow streak filter and an 82mm magnetic adapter ring. As part of the EVO series, the filter has a dual-mount design. It has 82mm threading on the rear and front and can be screwed onto your lens, or it can be magnetically attached using the included magnetic adapter ring. The filter is made with multicoated HD optical glass and features an aluminum filter ring.

A: Hi Rebecca! You will need a cold shoe 1/4"-20 male thread adapter that is included in the kit!

A: It can not be used without the adapter that is not available any more.

A: Yes. this filter has 58mm threads on the front to screw on other hoods or filters to.

A: If the filter diameter says 72 then it will fit. If not sure pls check the back of you lens cap, it says a number, either 55, 67 or 72 etc. That's your filter size!

A: When measured with our spectrometer (Sekonic C-800), the Savage Rainbow RGB ring light measured 91.4~91.6 on the color rendering index.

[5 x 4.9 x 0.9"] I have used this product for a music video and it worked very well. The streaks are not over powering but very good looking visually. I would recommenced this product to any real professional, a great weapon in my matte box arsenal. 5

[5 x 4.9 x 0.9"] This is a really cool pice of glass. If it's used with lots of lights you get that music video look. I cant really think of a use for this filter outside of a studio or well lit background. I have used it once so far and I'm very happy with my results. It is a bit pricy but all 4X4 filters are. I would not use/or buy this unless you have a matte box with a rotating filter holder. That is a MUST for this product. 5
