EVO filters seamlessly combine thread and magnetic attachment in a circular design with both threaded and magnetic attachment, allowing users to switch between modes to meet their photography needs.

The frame of the EVO filter has been designed to be extremely thin, reducing the thickness of the filters when stacked.

The diameter of EVO filter frames are the same as those of traditional threaded filters, so that the original lens cap and hood of the camera lens can continue to be used.

EVO filters's dual-mount design let you instantly switch to threaded mode, significantly reducing the risk of vignetting when using wide angle lenses.

[95 mm] I don't really know that much about filters. That being said this one fits perfectly and fulfills its duty as it should. Don't know how it compares to other filters but it sure seems to work fine. I recommend.

[0.155 lb] Was looking to upgrade my cheap polarizer and I got more than I bargained for, this holder is super sturdy and adaptable. The polarizer filter is quality glass and the thread is strong on the ring

[UV] There are plenty of uncoated UV filters for lot less money but if you want to ensure that you don't get flares and ghosting with uncoated filters, then you have to pony up for multi-coated ones like this one from Hoya. I'm not partial to Hoya as other companies make competent multi-coated filters as well. Even if your stuff isn't pro-grade optics, it will benefit from multi-coating. I put this one on a megazoom P & S from Fujifilm because I was getting ghosting from uncoated filter that was initially on the lens.

[Glass] I have preferred Hoya filter for the last 25 years, I just bought a new Nikon 24-70 mm f/2.8 lens and the Hoya UV (O) filter. I have taken several shots with the lens and it cut the haze over cast. The lens is a little bit on the heavy side but the filter does not add to the weight.
