The 40.5mm K&F Concept Nano-X ND & CPL Filter 40.5mm 2-6 Stopfrom K&F Concept Nano-X ND & CPL Filter 40.5mm 2-6 Stoprotates to reduce light by 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 stops while also applying circular polarization. The filter is made with 28-layer multicoated optical glass. The filter frame features two orange levers and self-locking technology. The surface of the frame offers a trapezoidal pattern for improved handling and is treated with oxidation sandblasting to minimize the entry of stray light.

[0.32 lb] The VND itself looks very good. No ugly X over the image. The game changers for me are the hard stops on the variable ring and the magnetic mount. I got rid of my tiffen immediately. 5

[0.32 lb] I'm no filter snob, but this seems like an outstanding build quality to me, the case they send for it is a wonderful touch as well. Feels nice, looks nice, does what its supposed to do, great case. What's not to love K&F makes good, reasonably priced products; and I've never had an issue with anything purchased from them, this is not the exception. 5

[0.32 lb] I was very surprised at the results of this filter. I wasn't expecting much based on it's price (sale price especially), but when I tested it, I noticed virtually zero difference in sharpness. I also didn't notice much of a color shift either when using it. Definitely worth the money! 5

[43 mm] I didn't notice any light leaks, color cast, vignetting or an x-effect. These K&F filters have a hard stop at both ends whereas some of their other variable ND filters spin freely. Overall a really great value. Perfect for video! 5

[Glass] I purchased this in 86mm, it's one of the few that comes in that large a size. Solidly built, super dense, beautiful, smooth rotation polarizer, although a bit rough on the treads when screwing on to lens. Solid locking plastic case. Works perfectly. My biggest gripe is that due to pandemic supply issues it took 6 weeks to arrive from China, where K&F is made. Well worth the price when compared to multiple polarizers. 5
