A: It says that it comes with glass but it is a super thin sheet of plastic or something. The glass is shrink-wrapped. Just removing the shrink-wrap scratched the glass . As soon as you unwrap it, the static that is created attracts every piece of dust to the thing like a magnet. I had to buy glass separately. And the frame itself is pretty flimsy. Some were nicked right out of the box. And don't drop one. It falls apart. But yes. It does come with backing.

Q: 9. Can you confirm if the power adapter can work on 110~220v?

A: No, it is 110v only.

Q: 10. Is a matte included?

[16 x 14 x 4"] We were looking to make a wall of 8x10 photos and wanted thin modern looking black frames that would emphasize the photos and not the frames. We ordered 12 frames from B&H ... These frames look better than many I saw at local framing shops and the cost can not be beat for what you get. Excellent product for the money! 5
