[0.35 lb] Had previously been using Zeiss CP.2’s for stills, but this lens is all I use now. The contrast is nearly as good as the $6000 cinema lenses—colors are gorgeous and the autofocus is blazing fast, even in low light. My friend had never used anything but an iPhone, but even her super underexposed photos were tack sharp. The only negative thing I can say about this lens is that it terrifies my dog (none of my other lenses scare her). 5

[Empty] Bought this lens for a Panasonic S1r, and it is quickly becoming my most used lens, while my Leica SL lenses sit in their bags on a shelf. Must say that this is my first experience with a Sigma lens, but all I can say is WOW. 5

[Yes] Who doesn't want a 35mm lens with a f stop of 1.2? This lens delivers exactly that. But with great power comes great responsibility. Responsibility in this case being weight and a slightly noisy autofocus. So if you have a strong set of arms and don't record audio right next to your lens I would say this is the lens for you. 5

[Empty] Have had many quality lenses, this is without a doubt about the best I've ever had. I am using this lens paired with the Sony A7RIV and is just a perfect math, It is sharp corner to corner at 1.2, fast autofocus, it may hunt a bit if not nought contrast (more likely a camera issue), if you are a wedding photographer and need to carry this lens fo hours, it may be too heavy for that work, but for short engagement (less than one hour), it is just fine for me. Bokhe is also very very good. I did not expect to enjoy this ens so much. 5
