The Sound Devices A20-Shelf is a 1 RU, 19" rack shelf designed specifically to accommodate two A20-Nexus receivers or one A20-Nexus and one PowerStation-8M side by side. An A20-Nexus or PowerStation-8M can be mounted to the left, center, or right of the shelf. The shelf's rack ears have multiple fixing holes, allowing the depth of the shelf to be adjusted.

Q: 4. Is there an adaptor to connect this cable to my Panasonic AG-DVC30 since I do not have a BNC connector?

A: My apologies I am not finding that the Panasonic AG-DVC30 has a timecode output connector for compatibility with this cable.

Q: 5. Is this TSA carry on approved, or is it too powerful?

A: According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), passengers may carry up to two spare larger lithium ion batteries (101–160 Wh). However, the watt hour limits would be based on the approval of the airline you are flying with. I suggest contacting the airline to see if the mophie Powerstation Pro XL would be allowed.

Q: 6. Is the RTN on this cable really mono? The Sound Devices 302 and 633 both expect stereo return.

A: The return on this cable is mono, using a balanced (stereo) 3.5mm connector which is compatible with the Sound Devices units.

Q: 7. Is the lemo TC compatible with the 833?

A: Yes, the LEMO 5-pin timecode connector on the Remote Audio CABETASD633 ENG Breakaway Cable is compatible for use with the Sound Devices 833 Field Recorder.

Q: 8. Will this run a Sony camera? Some non-Sony batteries do not.

A: If the Sony camera takes NP-F batteries, the Sound Devices XL-B3 Lithium Ion Battery should be compatible, as it is an NP-F-type battery.

A: The mophie Powerstation Pro XL, B&H # MO401109565, can be charged with a USB C PD (Power Delivery) compliant charger up to 100W. The IOGEAR GearPower 100W USB Type-C GaN Charger, B&H # IOGPAWC100W, is a good option.

[Black] This is not the smallest bag for the mixpre but I can get all my sound gear in it. Using 2 G3s and a lav for me for questions I have hands free to film. All packs neatly in the bag, including a usb battery for the mixpre, with room to spare. Surprisingly comfortable when filming all day. 5

[Black] This cable is perfect for production work, although the TCG is one direction only (from mixer to camera). The cable seems to be engineered with the working professional in mind, it is pliable yet durable with the only exception being the headphone jack on the camera side which feels a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the cables. 5

[Black] This is the third power station I have purchased and they have all turned out to be fantastic. They keep a charge for a long time if you don’t use them. I have used them several times and have yet to completely run the battery down. I purchased them to have for when we have power outages here in Texas, they are a fantastic product. I was lucky enough to find the last one on sale during Prime week. Thank you for making such great products!!! 5

[Black] This is a must have when doing any kind of locked-down interviews - allows you to send timecode, a LR mix as well as monitor the camera return. The cable is very sturdy and well built, and feels like it’ll be able to take some abuse out in the field. Get one! 5
