A: The PolarPro Directors Kit Compact Matte Box System provides a rear 82mm thread mount to screw into lens filter threads. The Canon RF 24-70mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lens is compatible since it provides an 82mm lens thread. The Canon CN-E zooms have a smaller thread size, so a step-up ring will be needed, and the Canon CN-E primes have a larger thread size of 105mm, so a step-down ring will be needed.

A: this is a special order item and will be drop shipped from the manufacturer it will ship with all the items that they list on their site

Q: 9. Does a round 4.5 inches tiffed black pro mist attached to a lens will cause a problem with this matte box ? I couldn’t find any information about the outside diameter of the filter.

A: According to PolarPro you could screw the filter on to your lens, then screw the adapter plate onto that lens and then attach to a filter.

Q: 10. Will it work with a Canon RF 28-70mm f/2?

A: The Canon RF 28-70mm F/2 has a 95mm filter thread, which is not an option for a threading connection this system offers. However it does come with a clamp for an outer diameter of 104mm on a lens. The 28-70mm F/2 has an outside diameter of 103.8mm, you should be able to use that clamp in this case.
