[Aluminum] Very nice compact unit. Installaton was easy. Instructions and kit had brackets for most CPU's. My only negative is it's a sealed system but I understand why. This prevents me from adding other cooling options such as anything visual to show coolant flow. You know, cool factor. But it works very well, no issues with over heat on an 13 gen Intel i9 with 32 cores 5
