Q: 2. I am trying to use this converter to run my 220v Air Conditioner through 110v outlet. The circuit breaker shuts every 5-10 min of resettingWhat am I doing wrong?

A: Hello. What is the maximum Cooling Wattage of your Air Conditioner ? For security and performance, those kind of transformer should be use as 1.5*the max of your device. Meaning that in fact this 2,000 W is recommended for a device with a W max equal to 1,300-1,400W. Then if your Air Conditioner max W is 2,000W then you need to 3,000W transformer to avoid those kind of issues. Hope this help.

Q: 5. I have a 90 watt 220v sewing machine motor. How do I calculate to make sure I get the right step up transformer? Thank you

A: The Sevenstar ST-200 Step Up/Step Down Transformer (200W) BH #SEST200UD would allow you to use the 90W sewing machine. It supports up to 200W in both directions.

Q: 6. Will the Sevenstar ST-200 allow me to safely use a European 20W guitar amplifier that is 230V in the United States? TIA!

A: Yes, the Sevenstar ST-200 Step Up/Step Down Transformer (200W), B&H # SEST200UD, would allow you to safely use a 200W/230V amplifier in the United States.

Q: 7. Hi everyone I'm buying 55" LED TV and an AV Amplifier. both of them having 110v..my question is that the transformer has only one 110v output, so can I use the splitter to split to the output 110v socket of transformer into two and use it for both TV and amplifier..

A: Yes you may use both outputs simultaneously.

Q: 8. Hello, I would like to know what is the maximum amount of Amps that this unit can carry? I plan to connect it to an APC UPS that is designed for 110 Voltage Input but I am residing in the Philippines and the Voltage here is 220 Volts. I then plan to connect up to 5 external hard drives to the UPS. I know they draw very low current but I need to know to be safe before purchasing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You. John

A: The Sevenstar TC-2000 Step Up/Step Down Transformer (2,000W) would be 9.09 Amps on 220v to the UPS on the Sevenstar TC-2000 Step Up/Step Down Transformer (2,000W).

[Aluminum] I bought this step-up ring to see if it would work with my brand of magnetic filters. It worked great so I will order other sizes.

[0.225 lb] Does what it's supposed to do. Haven't lost a filter or lens cap yet.

[0.225 lb] I still have a very expensive PMVND filter screwed into a high end brass 49 mm to 82 mm adapter three weeks after the shoot. For whatever reason it simply will not come off. On the eve of a shoot when I knew I'd need my 55mm lens, I bought the Kase Wolverine ND and filter kit along with a couple of adapters like this one, and could not be happier. This is a life saver. Leave it on the camera with a Kase mag lens cover, then whatever filter or ND I need, it drops on. Magnet is strong and holds the lens cover or filter perfectly. Most important, they come off easily when I'm done with them. Worth every penny.

[Top] The magnetic filter attachment is a step into the future and makes me use filters more without screw threads that are hard to get started and sometimes locked on. The filters themselves a high quality optically

[72 mm to 82 mm] You have one of two choices, get a different size ND filter for each lens with a different thread, or get adapters and worry whether you'll ever be able to unscrew your ND filter from the adapter. Even the highest end brass adapters are prone to stick. Kase Wolverine is the third option and so worth the price. I just leave this adapter on my Sigma 24mm lens and whatever ND or other filter I need, it drops right on. Perfect.

[Top] Of the many manufacturers of magnetic filters, only Kase (as far as I know) offers the inlaid rings, which nest inside the lens' filter threads, reducing the risk of vignetting when you stack filters. The only disadvantage is you need to use the provided tool to hold the ring for installation and removal.

I bought this kit for 67mm, 72mm, and 77mm for a second benefit, to make it even easier to use my 82mm mag. filters with my smaller-diameter lenses. Installing the inlaid adapter lets me use the regular lens cap and hood until I need one of the filters. When I do, I can quickly attach the magnetic adapter (*different* from the regular screw-in adapters) to the inlaid adapter, then add filters.

However, the lens caps for my Sony lenses no longer have enough filter thread to grasp. I bought separate magnetic caps for them (but see my review of those...). For my Sigma lenses, the regular lens caps still work fine.
