The fan also has 26 LEDs with a side diffuser on each side of the frame. A: The stand would hold it just fine. They are defiantly travel stands that have a little wobble to them fully extended. I wouldn't want to use them on a regular bases for local shoots. I personally use them for Litepanels LED lights as a travel kit and it works well in that case. For everyday use I would get a step up from these stands

A: Not sure what camera you are referring to, but this strap should fit any 35mm or digital SLR. One note of caution when purchasing these strap, note where the connections are located. I have one that connects higher on the neck and when released leaves about an 8 strap hanging. This one appears that it only leaves a short amount of the strap, to me this makes it less cumbersome when you don't want to use the camera around your neck, like when the camera is on a tripod.
