A: Yes. An end-user can upload, crop, and filter your own images with the Meural app or website. And with the Canvas II's side door, access to ports for SD card upload is quick and easy.

Q: 5. Does it resize photos to fit the frame? Most of our digital photos are 11x14 for fitting standard frames.

A: You can use the Meural App for iOS to resize your photos according to the size of the frame.

Q: 6. Do you have to pay for images in the app or does it just upload your own? What resolution is the minimum to look nice at this size? I'd love to display some of my photos this way but some are from older digital cameras

A: The Canvas II includes a small sampler collection of 42 preloaded images and access to 100 samples images from Meural's art library. You can also upload your own work using Meural's website, their app for iOS and Android, or an SD card. The Canvas II is equipped with 8GB of built-in storage, so you can save artwork locally, If you are interested you can get A full Meural membership, which lets you access their entire art library of over 30,000 images, This requires a separate purchase.

Q: 7. Is automatic playback supported for photos (i.e. we don't need to change the photos manually everytime)?

A: You can set a playlist of images using the Meural App.

Q: 8. Is there a automatic playback of photos/videos supported?

A: Yes the Meural 27" Canvas II Digital Art Frame can be set to display the photos and videos on a cycle to change to the next photo at specific intervals.

Q: 9. Will it cover the Interfit LED 5 light softbox ?

A: The Interfit F5 softbox is 20 x 28" . BUT there is NO lip to attach the grid to the softbox.

Q: 10. Is it possible to use the frame only with an SD card and no network? How many images can be on the SD card? (I had a frame which crashed once there were around 200 JPEG's on it)

A: Yes you can just use an SD card to upload images to the frame for playback.

[44 x 33 x 4"] This is by far the best digital photo frame I've ever seen. It literally couldn't be any better. The images look brighter, sharper and more alive than the best prints from the most expensive processing labs. I love the feature that allows family members to share photos automatically to my frame from wherever they are. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Just a fantastic product. 5

[44 x 33 x 4"] This is an excellent frame for 13 x 19 size photos for the wall. Well made and very budget friendly. It's not overstated in any way or trying to be something it's not. Looks really good. Multi frames could easily be used to display various photos and not ruin the total look. 5
