[Black / Chrome] I chose this plate after quite a bit of research and with the knowledge that it is Red Approved, unlike many other options. I'd read a few accounts of defects, but decided to see for myself. I definitely made the right decision. I've had no issues whatsoever after about 100 hours on set, and probably 50 hours of recreational shooting. The plate is tight to the camera and keeps the battery secure even when pressing it against my chest for extra stability when handheld. I'd have preferred another d tap port, but most batteries have at least one on them. 5

[Black / Chrome] I bought this as a backup in case my SDI port fries. Connecting the Link to my iPhone provides a nice backup monitor and peaking and other display settings are passed through the link to the phone. 5

[Black / Chrome] Great cage for the Komodo. I needed a cage that would work easily with the expansion module attached. The bottom of this cage is it’s own separate piece and easy to remove. It works well with the expansion module. Plenty of 1/4 20’s all around to mount accessories to. Two thumbs up... 5

[Black / Chrome] Clips well in place. The three added D-Tap ports are a great addition when using lots of accessories. Nothing bad to say about it so far. Well made and batteries fit very well in place. Center of mass in perfectly centered with the camera even though it only clips on the left side of the battery mount. 5
