[0.185 lb] I've used a lot of QR systems, from Manfrotto, Peak Design, Falcam, and others. This is by far the best one I've used. I will be ordering many more of these. The main reason I bought it was for my gimbal. The problem with all the other QR systems is that they have a bit of play in them. This little bit of wobble makes them a bad choice for gimbals, as it can slightly throw it off the balance or just move a little in the middle of a shot and ruin the footage. This system is super tight, no play whatsoever. And yet, its even easier to take on and off than all the other systems I've used. I always thought PGYTECH was just a Peak Design copy cat, but on this one they beat them at their own game. Now I just hope they come out with more base options. I'd like to see one that you could attach the screw from the top, so I could rig the base to all sorts of cheese plate type stuff. Then I could use these for way more than just my cameras.

Also if you watch YT videos on this, you'll hear a very loud snap. I thought the snap might be too loud for me, as I do weddings and sometimes need to be extremely quiet. The snap is some what loud when there's no camera or stand connected, but as soon as there is the sound is absorbed and the snap is very quiet. In fact on my heavy fluid head I though something was wrong because I couldn't hear the snap at all.

[Black] This is a great addition to the Osmo Action. The inclusion of the GoPro style mount at the bottom and cold shoe (with 1/4-20 threaded insert on one side) makes this your new daily case. Bonus feature is that you can open the SD/Power door while the case is installed (unlike the OEM case).

[0.185 lb] This holds the camera even at theoretically excessive speeds on a motorcycle. I'll buy a couple more to make moving the camera from one mount to another easy. Really clever design.

[0.185 lb] I saw someone using this cage in order to mount a mic onto the Osmo Action and thought I'd try it out. It does the job. It's easy to put on and take off.

[0.185 lb] This cage is just perfect. It has the connection points I needed for a light and microphone, was easy to install with a sliding back, and had the needed cutout for the microphone adapter. Couldn't ask for more.
