A: The battery on an iPad is much larger than that of a iPod so it will hold a charge for longer. With that said there are features you can adjust to give you a longer battery life such as WiFi, GPS etc. With that said the battery has been improved from older generations and you should get a slightly longer charge if left unused over the course of a couple of days if you disable certain battery draining features.
