[Aluminum] This Screen was easy to install. It took 3 people and 2 ladders to get the job done. The remote is really not needed but i opted to install it as well. The motor runs really smooth. The screen is nice and wide. A really good buy.

[220 VAC/50 Hz] Having been around Electronics / State and Event production for nearly 50 years I learned a long time ago the importance of having cases for all portable equipment. So when I ordered my first 100 Da-Lite Insta Theater screen I also order this case. Over the last 2 years we provided services for about 50 events and this case has held up great! No tears and resists scuffs very well. But what is more important is that it does as great a job protecting the black anodized aluminum screen cover - which, without a case - would be trashed very quickly. When I order a 2nd 100 screen last month you can bet that I also ordered the case to go with it!

[Wall switch] This screen was installed in a small conference room with an NEC projector. The screen can be wall or ceiling mounted, and this flexibility came in handy when we had to switch to a ceiling mount at the last moment. The screen presents very well, and is unobtrusive when retracted. The tensioning system works nicely, and we didn't have to change any of the factory settings for the drop. I would have liked to see some additional mounting holes for attaching the screen to studs in the wall, so the installer has more options for wall mounting.

[Wall switch] I installed in my living room in between ceiling joists. It works great. I use it with a Panasonic HD projector. It impresses everyone who walks in the room. Has a clean appearance when retracted. Note: it didn't come with a 12v trigger as both the B&H customer service rep and myself thought it did. We both misunderstood the description (it's optional.) The part was available at Da-Lite for $80 and came with no instructions. I got it to work after a few emails and chats with da-lite. Also, I ended up placing some holes in the top of the case to mount using 8 Lag bolts into the 2nd story floor structure. All the hardware that comes with it assumes you will have access to hang it from the top which requires access via the side while it's in it's final position. I was putting it in a hole the size of the case in my finished ceiling so that method would not work ( I would have had to remove and re-install a lot of drywall). I knew this before I purchased by reading the installation instructions so no worries just a fact and maybe a consideration for future changes to the case or just the directions.

[Aluminum] I thought the Da-Lite Insta-Theater was just fine in its self-contained casing. My wife talked me into purchasing this carrying case for it. Wow! This carrying case made it so much easier to carry the screen around. It also keeps the screen casing from getting scratched. I highly recommend purchasing this carrying case to protect the investment put into purchasing the Insta-Theater.

[Aluminum] I added the case to my order at the last minute. I transport my 100 screen to and from meetings on a regular basis. I can't imagine transporting the screen without this case. I'd recommend the case to anyone considering the purchase of an Insta-Theater screen.

[Aluminum] I purchased this screen for our local camera club. It replaced a silver lenticular tripod standing screen that was heavy, had permanent rippling in the fabric, and didn't project the true quality of our digital images. After the old clunky screen almost fell on me while I conducted the meeting, I thought to myslef-Enough! Months later the vote was unanimous; we looked into this screen and it was our choice.THIS SCREEN is light weight, sets up instantly-fast-efficiently-I just can't say enough good things about the set up. Our digital images have never looked so good projected. The B&H # DACDIT100 bag for this screen makes it easier to carry while protecting the black surface of the aluminum case from scratches, and the screen fits perfectly in the bag.
