[USB-C (10 W)] Plug all your disks, sound, card readers, ethernet, flash drives, hide this mess behind your screens, and just connect the TB4 cable to your MBP (on a vertical stand for purists). One cable to rule them all = pretty cool. Makes your desk super slick. Provides power to your laptop too, so no more need for magsafe. All SSD's connected are functioning at top speed. Everything works wonder. Well worth the price. Build quality and finish are excellent. 5

[USB-C] This is a superb TB4 dock at a reasonable price. I needed it for WFH setup to drive 2 external displays for a Macbook Pro 16 (M1 Pro) and wanted the convenience of a single cable connector and a lot of expansion slots. I use 2 USB-C to Displayport cables to drive 2 Dell QHD displays. I'm very satisfied with the performance of this dock, but will upgrade to 4K at some point which this will also support. I still have a spare TB4 port on the dock to which I will connect a TB3 or 4 SSD in the future. The dock also charges the MBP 16 efficiently with its 96W and the included TB4 cable. The other USB ports come in handy for some older devices and low voltage charging. I haven't tried the SD slot or headphone ports so far. The ethernet port functions well - no issues. If there's one fault I had to point to, it's the lack of a power button. Would be nice to have when undocking, but this is a minor issue. Also wish the host port would have been located on the rear or a side. Overall, this is an excellent performing dock. It looks great and feels fairly robust. Lastly, the shipping to Canada was fast and included options to have taxes/duties paid up front - very convenient! I recommend this dock to any Macbook user looking to expand video and other connectivity via Thunderbolt. 5

[10,000 mAh] It's very good, it does what is intended to do, the sitback is that the only support it has to withstand the weight of a usb cable is just the usb-c connected to the laptop. to me this can ruin the usb-c port of the laptop so if I ever need to plug in a usb cable I have to take this multi connector out first. 5
