Carry your camera bag and other necessities with the 20L Peak Design Everyday Backpack v2 Coyote 20Lin coyote from Peak Design. This versatile bag is designed for photographers, multimedia creators, or anyone seeking a pack that is size adjustable and compressible. Multiple magnetic latches on the top flap allow you to adjust the height of the pack from 18.3 to 22.3". The interior has three dividers so you can stack items in the main compartment. The dividers have foldout surfaces that can be configured to cushion and hold items against the pack's zippered side openings. The side openings are positioned to face you when the bag is rotated from back to front with either side facing upward. The dividers allow you to choose which items are most quickly accessed from the sides.

The pack interior has a zippered sleeve with dedicated pockets for a 12.9" tablet computer, a 15" laptop, chargers, and cables. Store and organize batteries, memory cards, small electronics, or personal items in slip and zippered pockets on the side opening interiors. The exterior of each side opening features a large open pocket for a water bottle, tripod, or umbrella. Each side pocket also has exterior carry straps with gear loops. Long exterior carry straps and additional gear loops along the surface of the pack attach equipment, accessories, or packable clothing against the front panel. These straps can also be used to attach items to the bottom of the pack.

Carry the pack with the wide, built-in top and side handles or wear it with the adjustable shoulder straps. For heavy loads, use the sternum strap to distribute the weight more evenly. The shoulder straps can be magnetically fastened against the rear panel when not in use and an integrated trolley sleeve mounts the pack to the handle of your rolling luggage for seamless travel.

Featuring durable nylon construction, this pack is weather resistant and has a waterproof bottom panel for further protection.

[4.12 lb] There is so much I love about this bag but to pick a couple, the customizability is truly next level, the design is beautiful, and the magnets everywhere to discreetly hold stuff together is incredible. First backpack I've gotten feeling like I can comfortably use it for a long time and will be happy, and also the first backpack I've ever had multiple people comment on and ask about it, and I always show it off and direct them to the website, one friend even purchased one himself! Great product.

[Yes] I recently got my backpack in the mail and I could not be happier with it! It's a great minimalistic looking backpack which I want the side pockets are very awesome. I will be starting college again in the fall so I wanted to receive a backpack that can hold my laptop, tablet, and now camera so in my off time I can shoot some pictures in an amazing city that offers a lot of landscape photography.

The only thing I was disappointed with the product, I found there was a few spots that were dirty. It was all over the backpack. I understand that it's a minuscule thing to complain about, but for the money I wish it looked new and not dropped on the floor or anything. Nonetheless it's a fantastic product and love it. Don't let this keep you away from buying the product worth every penny. I won't deduct a star from this because the product itself is great. Just the handling could of been better.

[Yes] I’ve had the Everyday Backpack V1 bag for over seven years, and it has been my trusty companion through work, weekends, and travel. I'm happy to report that the V2 solved all the previous hiccups I had with the bag with better chest strap, I love the magnet for the arm strap, I much prefer the new format of the side pocket zipper. Finally I love the Coyote
external fabric

[4.12 lb] I do have the 30 L version of this backpack, and find it immensely well thought thru and well reasoned design. The materials are top notch (Coyote is really nice) with little discoveries around every corner it seems - a pocket here, a fold there, a cranny on the other side, all useful. I have owned a lot of camera centric bags over the years and this migrates you away from the mundane and downright boring. Grab it and try it, chances are you will be looking to get something else soon thereafter !

[Yes] I have been looking at this backpack for a month and read all the reviews and watched the video. I wanted to be sure it the one and only backpack I need for my photography equipment and my trips. When I got it, I couldn't take my hands of it. It is really high quality material with lots of ingenious features. It is very comfortable to wear even when it full and very heavy. I can fit in it tons of things! I love it!

[Yes] Got this bag for Christmas and just used it on our trip to Disney World. It is absolutely amazing! It carried all of my gear (camera body, 5 lenses, filters and an accesory bag) and was never too heavy. The weight is distributed perfectly and it's easy to access all of the compartments. I have several PD products and they're all spectacular.

[Yes] I've had the v2 20L for ~2 months now and absolutely love it. Writing a review because I don't use it at all as a photography bag, so figured it may help others considering a non photo usage.
I commute via bicycle with this bag everyday. Basically am easily able to roll my shirt in there when I commute so I can change at work. I can then fit my bike helmet on the top expandable section of the bag, and still have enough room to use two "drawers" under it. This could fit a pair of pants and a rolled up shirt, or you could make one single big section out of this and fit a loaf of bread to bring home. Or you could pop up the dividers and store cans if you want. You really make this bag what you want it to be.
It's winter time here, and they got rid of the bike light attachment in the v2. So instead I clasp my bike like on the maglatch thingy and it works alright. The straps are fairly comfortable even when loaded up, including a 15inch macbook. Worst comes to worst use the chest strap to balance the load and it's just fine. The 20L is actually fairly big in itself. Honestly still feeling the joy of using this and transforming it quickly based on the day's need. Awesome bag - it was expensive, but no regrets at all.

[Yes] I've owned two colors of the original Everyday Backpack (both in 20L) for a few years. Bought the first one shortly after release. I've traveled with them hauling everything from mirrorless kits, to full blown SLRs to just using them as a travel/commuter bag.

While I loved almost everything about the backpacks, there were a few minor complaints. On my latest trip, the v1 backpack spent a good amount of time being pulled on top of my luggage and the straps would flop around all over the place. I was completely overjoyed to see that this is addressed in V2 with magnetic strap holders. Also, the storage compartments on the side are now far more usable.

Kudos to Peak Design for making the original even better. FWIW the bags are durable too (we'll see how v2 holds up). Overall the improvements are great and the new bag is even better than the original!

[Yes] So well designed, excellent materials. I've got my A7R3 camera, 4 prime lenses, some accessories, 13" MB Pro computer, iPad Pro, chargers etc, book, water bottle. All fit comfortably under the airplane seat. I love all the magnetic holding and shutting things. It's super neat with handles all around. You won't be sorry. BTW I bought the smaller version. I'm 5'7 " and with mirrorless cameras I figured I could get away with the smaller bag and I was correct.
