The red Nanuk 908 Hard Case Pro Photo Kit Red 8.8Lfrom Nanuk has an 8.8L capacity and is designed to be impenetrable and indestructible. The case is made from tough yet lightweight NK-7 Resin and features stainless steel hardware. It has two PowerClaw latches to keep the lid securely closed until you open it. This kit is ideal for transporting photography equipment including DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, flashes, filters, wires, batteries, lighting accessories, and more. The interior has customizable, padded, hook-and-loop dividers that you can change to suit your needs. The lid organizer is ideal for small items and accessories like memory cards and extra batteries. Easily attach the lid organizer to the case with the included screws.

A: Ronin-S can carry a maximum payload of 8lbs and according to our tests, the Ronin-S can capture stabilized footage with a 5D Mk IV + EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM lens

Q: 4. The overall exterior dimensions of the Nanuk 963 are 32.5x21.12.3. This exceeds the linear 62" maximum for baggage. Anybody have problems with this at the airport?

A: Normally, check-in baggage that exceeds 62" linear inches in dimension are charged excess baggage fees by your carrier. This is mostly done on a case-by-case basis as carriers might impose restrictions based on available space, plane size, etc. Special allowances are typically granted with to members of the media with the appropriate media credentials, but usually only when the carriers are informed in advance. The best course of action is to verify with your carrier before every flight.

Q: 5. Is this fully (focus) compatible with the Canon T6s/T6i?

A: While you will be able to balance and shoot with cameras like the Canon T6s and T6i on the Ronin-S, they are not listed as compatible for full electronic control through the gimbal.

Q: 6. The description sais this weighs 22.5 lbs - ? Is that just the case & foam and NO items in it??? Seems very heavy...

A: The weight listed in the specs is accurate This case is water sealed and Crush proof. It is designed for professional and commercial heavy duty use.

Q: 7. Can it provide power to Sony Cameras?

A: Currently this functionality is still being developed and options will likely be available soon.

Q: 8. Is the Ronin-S compatible with Nikon D7500?

A: Hey John, Ronin-S will have no issues balancing the D7500, but full compatibility has not been announced for this specific camera yet. More cameras will be added in the near future.

Q: 9. Work with new Balckmagic Pocket Cinema camera 4k?

A: Hey Benjamin, while more testing needs to be done, we have been getting reports of perfect functionality with the BM Pocket on Ronin-S. Stay tuned for updates on this compatibility.

[Yes] That's not a bad thing. The case is more cubed shaped than anything, so it runs pretty deep. Could probably hold a DSLR with medium sized lens attached, but I actually use it to store and transport a bunch of 970 Lipo batteries that power my LED lighting set up. I chose the color red so that there's less of a chance that I'll leave it behind on a location shoot. The case is totally overdesigned and built, but considering the cost of photo equipment nowadays, that's a good thing. 5

[5.3 lb] It was a good deal ... especially on sale. It comfortably holds my D850 with Tamron 24-70 or 15-30 lens with room to squeeze in an extra battery or card, etc. The latches are particularly stout and won't open accidentally. Overall it's a great case compared to other more expensive brands. I'm not going to throw it off a building but I'm sure it will handle most anything I'm going to subject it to. 5
