With its full-frame aluminum design, this cage serves as a protective exoskeleton for your monitor while providing numerous 1/4"-20 accessory threads, a shoe mount, NATO rails on the sides, and 1/4"-20 anti-twist mounts for accessories such as handles, lights, battery plates, microphones, or other gear. [0.51 lb] Went for this as a flexible and affordable director's monitor option, liking it so far. Using with a Osee G7. The 15mm rods it comes with are 8 inches, but I swapped in 6-inch ones which are a perfect fit for the height of my 7in monitor. It's an inch or two too wide, but also like $100 cheaper than other options out there, and if I ever got a slightly larger monitor nice that it would still be able to fit. Note that if you mount V-lock batteries directly on the back of your monitor, you may not be able to slot them in with the cage installed. I plan on adding a v-lock mini plate to the top, and mounting a nato rail for our wireless receiver. 5

[9 x 7.2 x 2"] This is a good cage. It comes with a good amount of hardware to start off with. You'll probably eventually need more depending on what you need to mount. One thing I've noticed is the handles are easily turnable even after tightening it down, but that's not a huge deal. 5

[9 x 7.2 x 2"] I was looking for a cage to fit my larger 9 inch monitor, the Lilliput A8. Everything seems to be set for five or seven inch screens. This design is solid simple and very versatile I can use it on almost any screen. It’s using a mix of standard 15mm rods, so I can even mix and match it with my other rig items. Loving this piece. Going to go well in my kit as a directors monitor and who knows what in the future. 5

[Aluminum] The LUT6 monitor is great. Bright and lightweight and great image. However the mounting points are flimsy. The light weight is due to it's plastic body. To protect those mounts in particular and the entire body in general, this form fitting cage is a must have. It does not add much weight and it adds more mounting options. The fit and quality is perfect. 5

[9 x 7.2 x 2"] This is very well made and it fits like a well made glove. FYI - I purchased this for the Andycine C6 and not for the FeelWorld. Those two monitors are exactly the same. 5
