[Yes] I purchased a pair of these with the intention of using them for holding a pair of LED light panels for tabletop macro photography. I figured, for the price, they'd probably be good enough. Good enough? They're amazing! For the price, who makes anything out of metal? Not only are they amazingly sturdy but they also come with the hex wrench you may one day need to tighten them up a bit. These are an exceptional value. Highly recommended! 5

[Aluminum] This mini brute provides enough spread and strength for a larger spotting scope. The thick, cast alloy legs have bushed joints and can be adjusted with an Allen wrench, and the rubber feet provide good contact in all positions. Even after adding a large ball head, it is compact and lightweight enough to be stowed in the case with the scope. Good deal! 5

[90°] Two of these mini tabletop tripods made the perfect handles for a crossbar which I designed for the Zhiyun Weebill S. A monopod extension makes it the perfect height to fit in a flag pole pocket which straps over my shoulders and extends down to waist level. With this arrangement, the camera, on the gimbal, can be handheld for an hour (or more) if necessary. A second bracket by the left hand is used to clip the Sony RM-VPR1 for record/pause/zoom. 5

[Yes] A pair of these are perfect for holding a couple of LED light panels for my macro photography. All metal. Non-slip feet. Includes a hex wrench for tightening the pivot points if necessary. For this price how could you go wrong. 5

[Aluminum] For less than $20 you get a surprisingly versatile little tripod. The legs are stiff enough to set at multiple heights, even holding a larger DSLR with heavy lens (Nikon D800 w/ 17-35mm). I'll probably buy a few of these, as it's just so darned handy. Paired with a good ball head, it's hard to beat. Beats my Joby tripod all day long! 5
