[3.6 V] I purchased 2 of these for outdoor solar lights which have 28 LEDs in each light. They become very bright when they detect motion and dim down when there is no motion. But they are on all the time when it gets dark. Easily lasts from dusk to dawn in the long winter nights. I initially charged them in a regular charger and peak voltage was 4.3v. After the light was on for 14hrs the voltage had dropped to 4.1v. Still plenty of capacity left in them. 5
