First EXPS3 and definitely did not disappoint. B&H also always has the best prices around. Look no further if you need a Red Dot for a new rig or upgrade an existing one. Easy to set up right out of the box and optic is still top notch.

Value, reliability, name recognition and fit. I use this on my DD5V3 AR-10. Great way to protect the investment while not in use.

This cover fits the UH-1 nice and snug on this CMMG MK47 Banshee 200, has ample neoprene thickness for potential dings or bams, and is quick to remove. Do note that if you have a magnifier, one extra picatinny notch will be used for magnifier-to-scope distance for end of cover thickness. Also, removing the cover requires the magnifier to be swung out of the way.

On the PTR9ct, this Vortex Optics AMG UH-1 Gen II Holographic Sight Sure Fit Neoprene Cover also fits the Spitfire, TO A DEGREE. Without the factory supplied snap-up end caps, the cover is loose enough to potentially come off with a slightly less than moderate snag. However, with the end caps affixed, the Spitfire is as snug-as-a-bug-in-a-rug within the cover. I recommend placing the pull loop to the rear to reduce cap ejection.

As the material at the ends of the Cover are reinforced, with what I would guess is cardboard, I plan on sewing, or even better, gluing a piece of neoprene onto the inside of the ends to better wrap around the Spitfire without the end caps.

I previously purchased two (2) EXPS3-4 Holographic sights & love them. They are both 4 red dot sights & work great.
Had seen the EXPS2 (green circle-dot) & I believe I like the green a little better than the red. Only negative is the time it takes to receive one from time of order - BUT - in the end -- worth the wait

Came with 4 CTO filters that slide right into the Zaila and give you the option of intensity.

I have wanted to try an EOTech for years. Finally bought one and I have to say I like the red circle-dot a lot better than a traditional single dot of the Aimpoints and other single dot sights. It feels like I can transition between targets faster and get the shot on target faster as well.



The only downside is that it takes more energy to power the sight, so the battery does not last as long as in Aimpoints and therefore the sight powers down after either 4 or 8 hours and you have to manually activate it again after that. Can't have your cake and eat it too....at least not at this point in time. I would still rather have the EOTech and replace the battery more often and have to train to activate the sight each time I pick up my AR.

Fits over the first gen vortex UH-1 nicely and keeps it free of dust and other debris. Its a squeeze and doesn't cover the flip up micro 3x magnifier but then again I don't believe it was designed too.
