[Handle] I have a bunch of Pelican cases, and they are all super strong, and I've never had a problem with any of them. I put them to the test quite often. A friend of mine recommended this case to use with an Elinchrom Ranger kit, and it's a great size to fit the pack, head, cables, reflector and extra battery if you pack it all correctly. The smaller size makes it much more compact than my other Pelican cases and the wheels are great.

[Handle] I use this Case to keep my 2-Light Litepanel 1x1 LS BiColor Kit. I am able to fit 2 Lite Panels, 4 Gold Mount Batteries, Adapter Plates, Power Cords, Gels, Battery Chargers. The only thing I can't keep inside is light stands. The dividers are very well padded to protect the lights and accessories. The case is hard and waterproof. It has wheels and telescoping handle. Very easy to roll. When you have to carry it, it can feel heavy, but I guess that's the trade-off for the compact size and hard-case as opposed to the other cases available that are soft-cases or larger hard-cases. I know the divider was made of office stuff, but it was just a moment of inspiration and creativity that I was able to imagine it as a light-kit case which worked fantastically. The B&H salesman who helped me make the decision was so great. He took the time to put a couple of B&H litepanels into the case to show me that with a little creativity, it was in-fact possible.

[5.84 lb] The Pelican 1440 case is the reliably strong, relatively light and rolls easy; you can add external locks too. With several thousands dollars of the equipment in it, it is the best case available. The pick/pluck foam works great. Do not hesitate to buy one/you will not be disappointed.

[Drawers/Trays] I decided on this size for a wheeled option for sandbags to carry on location. It holds just enough that I can still easily manage moving it around for packing and unpacking. Sturdy and dependable just like my 1510 for years!

[Universal] I use this product as part of a hard core motorcycle luggage system. Being waterproof, durable, lockable, top loading and just the right size it is ideal for this. It also has a best in the industry telescoping handle system and wheels for easy moving to and from bike. The wheels could be bigger for carpet or rough terrain.
