Slide your NATO clamp accessory along the length of the rail and fasten it in place with the integrated thumb lever. Disengage one of the spring-loaded pins at either end of the rail to slide your accessory off.

There is a shoe mount receiver in the center to add more accessory types, and there's also a 1/4"-20 thread in the center of the shoe mount for a center-mount option. Two 1/4"-20 mounting screws are included, as is an Allen wrench for installing the rail. There are two slots in the rail for sliding the mounting screws to fit various cages and mounts with different screw spacing. The rail measures 3.9" in length.
