[Silver] This softbox was included with my Siros light kit. It is made well. The best thing regarding this softbox is how easy and quick it is to set up. No having to flex the rods or risk overstretching the panels or tearing the seams, snap tabs like select other brands of modifiers. I also like the optional light grid not offered with other softboxes.

[Silver] I bought this because I actually want a Para-series. There arent many reviews as to what or how the Focus 110 does compared to other Broncolor modifiers but its the the same/similar to what Profoto Deep Silver umbrellas do but slightly (or significantly, depending on discounts) cheaper. The Profoto equivalent is the Medium / 41.



Build-quality is excellent -after working with budget brand umbrellas for over a decade I am pretty much sold on purchasing only professional-quality modifiers from here-on.



I think my only disappointment is that Broncolor doesnt make a larger Focus -Ill have to wade into Profoto waters to get to 65.

[Metal] This quick release speed ring is very helpful in assembling and unassembling the soft box, especially when one has a broncolor soft box size 47 inches x 72 inches. The product is of very high quality aluminium. I have used it on my Broncolor Impact 41 strobe. I highly suggest that 2 persons should assemble it and also during the disassembling. It ceertainly requires 2 persons which ensures that you dont drop your stobes or damage anything around the strobes, especially if the soft box thqat i use with it.

[Silver] Once you've used them and the Bron pack, you know why they cost so much. I bought mine used from a guy retiring as part of a whole studio of equipment that I purchased. You can literally blind yourself (temp) so be careful with a bare bulb. I shoot product all day long at f22 and these loaf along with a 3200 WS pack. Workhorses. Mine are at least 15-20 years old and still doing well!

[Silver] The Speedbox arrived in a short time without any problems. The product is nice and useful. All the necessary equipment comes right out of the box.

[Silver] As far as aesthetics are concerned, this line of speed ring appear to be machined by the folks at NASA. The design is flawless, the materials are space age... I never could have dreamed a speed ring could be so cool... Way to go Chimera. Takes a few tries to get the hang of how it works, but once you get used to it you'll never go back to the analog rings.

[Silver] It can be used for portraits as well as products when paired with the accessory light shapers
