Q: 1. The Canon shade on a 300 f2.8 measures 5 3/8. Will this stretch enough?

A: Yes, this case will fit the 13.3 inch macbook pro

Q: 4. Will this fit over a Haida/Nisi filter holder for 150mm square filters? If not, what is the alternative?

A: No, the OP/TECH USA Hood Hat, XXXX-Large (B&H# OPHHXXXXLB) will not fit on a 150mm filter holder. There is no cover for that holder, but you could use a drawstring felt bag such as PortaBrace Soft Padded Pouch for 9" Monitors (B&H# POPMONITOR9) if the filter doesn't protrude from the holder. The recommended option, however, is to remove the filter and holder from the lens because they are fragile.

Q: 5. I know the description says it will fit 13 Ultrabooks...does that include my 13 Macbook Pro Retina?

A: Yes, it does. I have a late 2013 pro retina model and there is sufficient space.

Q: 6. can i step on the case?

A: The case is very durable but I wouldn't stand on it. I use it for extra protection for my 13 Mac (snug fit) in a sling bag. I have numerous larger pelican cases like the 1500 roller carry on camera case, the the build material is completely different. It is essentially the same case as their memory card pocket cases, but larger. Hope this helps

Q: 7. Will it fit a Dell ups 13.3 inch laptop?

A: For my Mac pro 13.3 Fit, I had to remove the top foam, and tight fit

Q: 8. Will the XL size work with the LEE SW 150 lens adapters?

A: Yes, the OP/TECH USA Hood Hat X-Large can fit Lee SW 150 Lens Adapters.

Q: 9. How watertight is it? Does it float?

A: The case does not float and can be submerged underwater up to 39 .

Q: 10. Will the Surface Book fit in this case? I think there may be too much free space in the 14 model.

A: No, the Surface Book is 13.5 , a bit bigger than the regular 13 devices. It may not fit well.

[Handheld Only] I bought these liners to supplement a pair of Vallerret Tinden gloves (ordered the same size and they fit inside perfectly). Going for a half hour + walk in - 20C degree weather, the combination keep my fingers from freezing and are nice and comfortable. Like the gloves, they are top quality - no surprises or disappointment.

[Latch] First, I live in NW Florida so I seldom need gloves, and when I do, liners are all I need. That said, I just returned from visiting the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, and while it didn't get very cold there (mid 30's) I did get a chance to wear them on a couple of occasions. The first thing I noticed were these seemed thicker than most liners and they were definitely warmer than most liners I have used in the past. They fit very well except the fingers were just a tiny bit long. The extra length is not unusual (I guess I have short fingers), and these were a far better fit than most liners I have used. I waited too long before putting these on the first time I used them and my fingers were already cold. This usually means my fingers never warm up, so I was very surprised when, after about 30-45 minutes, my fingers did warm back up and became more flexible again. I don't believe that has ever happened before so I was VERY surprised and HAPPY about that. Before these, I have used Smartwool liners (warm but the fingers are way too long), Patagonia liners (VERY thin, great fit, finger length was perfect, but they provided NO warmth to speak of), and a pair made from Thermax (I forget the brand). These Vallerret were, by far, the best liners I've ever worn. I understand they are wind proof also, but there was no wind blowing when I used them so I cannot comment on that. Also, I didn't have cell phone coverage where I was so I didn't see if the conductive finger/thumb worked or not, but they did keep my hands warm and I was very happy about that.

[Latch] The only thing that would make me like these more is if they were Merino wool instead of Polartec, that being said they are warm and slide easily in and out of my Vallerret Markhoff gloves, and my Kombi gloves. A great products

[Handheld Only] I've tried lots of stretch gloves and the problem is always that they fit too snug and cut off my circulation and my fingers freeze. These are just right...snug, but very elastic
