Being able to mount my TV from the ceiling with the ability to flip up and down has made my limited space a lot more usable. It comes with easy to read instructions, but you will definitely want some help to install as I found it to be a two person job. Also when choosing where to place you mount in the ceiling, make sure to measure out enough space for it to flip up and down. Overall I am really happy with this product and would recommend to others.

[Black] bought this unit to put a tv at the end of the bed but didnt want it always in the way. unit is well built and works very well. not that loud at all when working. love it!

[Black] It took some time to get to me because of miss information but it was great when I get it a little noisy when operating but the idea of this mount and the compliment from friends I can live with the noise

[Black] The mount was easy to install and will fit a variety of of sets. It was a little slow going up and down but that is not a big problem. Will use again if needed.

I used it to place my 55'' Tv at the living room and it has worked great. It was very easy for me to set it up with the help of my husband. It came with the hardware necessary for easy installation. I like the fact that it allows me easy Tv mounting and swiveling and to fold it away and lock it securely in place when not in use. Would highly recommend it.

[Black] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this about a month ago. Worked perfect for my TV size. Took a bit to figure how and where to mount since l live in an apartment. My heaters are on the wall so once i figured where to mount was perfect. I have a younger daughter so it's nice having the TV mounted to where she cannot reach it . Easy to flip down when using and flip back up when done. I would recommend to anyone!
