Based on the Xe HPG microarchitecture and designed to handle the graphical demands of 1080p gaming, the Acer Predator BiFrost Arc A750 Intel Core i7-13700K Kitbrings the power of raytracing and upscaling to your PC games. The GPU features 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM and a 256-bit memory interface, offering performance and power efficiency.

The Intel Arc A750 graphics card features Xe Super Sampling (XeSS), which is AI-enhanced upscaling powered by hardware acceleration. Enjoy high-res visuals with added performance. Pair your Intel Arc A750 with a select Intel Core processor to take full advantage of Intel Deep Link technology, which provides performance and efficiency across a wide variety of workloads. The front panel of the card features a variety of outputs, such as DisplayPort 2.0 and HDMI 2.1.

For cooling, Acer implemented two fans. The 5th Gen Aeroblade 3D blower-style fan features an all-metal, thin design and is custom engineered for airflow. The axial Frostblade 2.0 fan has 92mm arc-shaped blades for high static pressure and minimal vibration. The fans work together to maximize airflow and air dispersion. There is also a vapor chamber that streamlines airflow by circulating it quickly and efficiently. You'll be able to monitor your BiFrost card, control fan speeds, and customize RGB lighting with the Predator BiFrost Utility app.

[Dual-Slot] This is my second 12700k. What a great CPU. Intel CPUs above this one suffer from a significant loss of diminishing returns. This is the best Intel CPU performance for the money, hands down. And now that the prices have come down so much since I purchased the first one...wow. Then get one on sale and it's truly wonderful. Thanks B&H.

[Intel Arc A750] Purchased this to do two things, take my 4k 60 fps output from vMix from my production machine, and stream, via OBS and AV1 to my YouTube channel. And, to record at 75 MB/s. Took some old parts, an unused 10900K and a really old Phanteks case, and cobbled it together. The vMix output is fed either by 10 Gbe NDI full, or in to the HDMI, PCIe Magewell capture card. I see no difference in quality either way, so NDI wins, by virtue of simplicity (otherwise, the HDMI optical needs to be plugged in to the Quadro card on my production machine, which requires an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter).

Had two goals, 1st to offload some of what vMix was doing when it was also streaming, recording and switching all the inputs. This did reduce about 15-20% GPU load, and a few percentage points of CPU usage.

The 2nd goal was to play around with AV1 encoding on live streams, even though it is only YouTube that offers an ingestion server for now. This has been a spectacular success. Have tons of bandwidth on the upload, but I feel the AV1 ingest is better quality than HEVC, and it never hurts to get the same performance at 25 Mbps upload with AV!, that I was getting with 50 Mbps using H.264.

Card looks good, runs cool, and Intel and Acer each are putting out timely updates. On the beta code train with the Intel drivers, and have not had a single glitch. Acer provides a nice little USB thumbdrive for their BiFrost applet, which updates itself frequently.

About the only super minor issue I have, is the card's RGB looks more purple than the static blue I set, on the lit up name badge. Since this box sits 50 feet away in an unused room, I do not care, but some might!

[3.64 lb] After 3 years of being on the 5700xt it was time for a change.

My current configuration
i9 9900K
64 GB of RAM
2 NVME drives
Be Quiet case, fans and radiator
2 monitors running 1080p at 240

I dropped the card into my system after making a small change to the bios to make sure it had the Resizable Bar enabled. It is crucial you have this installed or suffer a 30% decrease in performance.

I installed the card. The drivers were picked up immediately and I installed the Intel software followed by the Acer software provided on the USB stick.

First impressions. First is that in the 3 weeks of owning the card there have been 3 driver updates. I thought Nvidia and AMD were aggressive with monthly updates, but this is a real game of catch up.

I have played most of my library from classic 2000s games to present games like COD MW3, and they all work. I was impressed the extensiveness of the library of games supported. From a playability perspective I have noticed that on the higher games in 1080p ultra settings this card hardly gets hot and the fans a barely running, while the utilization is through the roof.

It is a great card for 1080p gamers who want the performance of 4060 and would like to save some money. The 16GB of RAM was a real determining factor for me in this purchase. I have seen first hand how only having 8GB in the major game titles impacts performance.

I don't what voodoo magic Intel is doing on their side, but it seems like the current generations of CPUs combined with the new GPUs is a real hit.

The only negative I have about the card is the perception. I think Acer has a great card for most gamers, but the marketing needs to be better.

[512 GB/s] I do a lot of compiling and video encoding and this CPU is a monster. It even over-clocks a bit with just a minor voltage boost.
