Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. It says a 15" laptop will fit, but do you think a Macbook Pro 16" will fit? It's about 10x14.5 inches.

A: Unfortunately, as the Canon EDC-1 Camera Backpack states it is only designed to accommodate laptops and tablets with a diagonal screen size up to 15 inches in length, I cannot confirm if your MacBook Pro 16-inch would be able to fit in the above case.

Q: 2. Is this compatible with Canon eos m50?

A: Yes it is. This system works with Small to Mid Sized Cameras, it should work fine with the Canon M50.

Q: 3. Can you stack these on top of one another? I want to buy another one, but I also dont want to sell the one that I currently have.

A: Yes, you can stack them, just make sure the top one is secure and won't slide off.

Q: 4. Does this keep dust out?

A: Yes it does.

Q: 5. does it fit Canon 90D with 70-200mm f2.8 L IS USM III, Canon 24-105mm f4 L IS USM II, and Macbook pro 13 inch ?

A: Yes, this bag pack will fit multiple lenses. You can keep the 70-200mm attach on the camera body or on a separate space. It will also accommodate Laptops or tablets under 15''.

Q: 6. What kind of tripod do I need to work with this teleprompter?

A: You would be able to use pretty much any standard Pro Video Tripod with this system. The Magnus VT-350 Video Tripod with Fluid Head is a great choice with a 15 pound load capacity. https://bhpho.to/2s1vrPs

Q: 7. I purchased the 125L and the door handle was installed inside the cabinet? Was this on purpose?

A: I just read the Ruggard online manual that said some of their dry cabinets are shipped with the handle installed inside and to use a screwdriver to remove it and install it outside but to avoid over- tightening the screws when you do.

Q: 8. I live in Florida and therefore when I take my camera outside it fogs up. If I use this, would it also warm it to at least 80° so there is not such a differential between Air Condition room and the outside?

A: No, this doesn't have a heater element to it, just a dehumidifier effect. It does basically keep the same temperature as the interior room it's placed in. For example: I live in Hawaii and the non-air conditioned room my Ruggard is in is currently 84 degrees F and 79% humidity. Inside the Ruggard unit itself, it says it's 82 degreees F and 42% humidity. So the temperature is basically the same, but the humidity level is drastically reduced of course. I understand what you are aiming for by preventing fog - one idea would be to place the Ruggard in an area where the air conditioning isn't used such as a Garage. If that's not an option, could go down the path of jimmy rigging the unit with a very small plug in heating coil device and fishing the cord out of a hole drilled into the back or peel away just enough padding from the door edge to fish it through. This COULD be a fire hazard so I would suggest finding the exact proper heating coil that's well insulated, and putting in small digital portable temperature display unit to keep an eye on the heat temperature/consistency.

Q: 9. Are the positions/heights of the shelves set, or can the user adjust them?

A: The shelves of the Ruggard Electronic Dry Cabinet (180L) are adjustable.

Q: 10. Can this run on 12 volt DC? If so, do you think I could keep this on a 38 foot sailboat without draining my batteries?

A: Unfortunately, the EDC-50L cannot run on 12 volt DC.

[Stainless Steel] Very satisfied with my second Coast Knife! This one arrived quickly and is well made, sharp and ready for immediate use. The opening action is improved on my previous knife and opens quick and strong. So far the blade is holding an edge very well with fairly frequent and varied use.

[Stainless Steel] After 5 years of daily use opening boxes and such the spring broke in my first one. Otherwise it was still in great working order. Warranty process was super easy and I got a new one. I have tried other knives, some more than triple the price and just don't like them nearly as well as the RX350.

[Stainless Steel] I've had this knife for over two years and it is best assisted opening knife I have owned and I have owned quit a few. I bought it due to having a safety lock, which keeps the blade locked in either open or closed positions, which is a great feature. I have had other assisted openers accidently open in my pocket and opened when dropped and these were not cheap knives. Got cut several times and ruined two pairs of pants. Secondly, I love the liner lock. It is very strong and locks into place perfectly. What I really like is the upper edge of the liner lock sits higher than the handle edge and has nice scalloping, which makes the liner lock release very easy. Kudos to these designs! I have other liner lock knives which are a pain to get the lock to release! Not this knife! Finally!!! A company that knows how to make a great all-around folding lock back knife!
