The walnut Focal Aria Evo X N°2 3-Way Floorstanding Speaker is the smallest of the Aria floorstanding speakers, yet maintains audiophile level sound quality. Expressive and easy to install, the 3-way design features two 6.5" Flax bass cones for articulated bass, one 6.5" Flax midrange cone with TMD surround for natural sound and midrange-to-treble transition, and the 1" M-Shaped Inverted Dome TAM Tweeter with waveguide for smooth highs and lower directivity.

Along with the precision drivers, Focal's multiple-port powerflow system lowers dynamic compression while increasing depth and impact. The Aria Evo X N°2 cabinets are made from an ultra-rigid MDF construction, with leather front and prime walnut finished non-parallel side panels to reduce vibration, and sit atop an aluminum alloy base which decouples the speaker from the floor. The Aria Evo X N°2 is ideal for rooms measuring from 215 ft² and from a recommended listening distance of 10 feet. All Focal speaker drivers are developed and manufactured in France by Focal.

The M-shaped inverted dome TAM tweeter is the successor of the TNF tweeter from the previous Aria generation. It comprises an inverted dome cone made from an Aluminium-Magnesium alloy which Focal has molded into the exclusive M shape. This innovative feature reproduces the treble more faithfully by going further into the high and low-end of the spectrum. Its directivity is even less that of the inverted dome tweeter, allowing for more flexibility in terms of listening position. Mechanically speaking, the M shape gives the dome much more rigidity, while reducing distortion even more.

More than 30 years of research and development into engineering a diaphragm that is light, rigid, well damped, and made of sustainable materials has lead Focal to the Flax Sandwich or F Cone. Flax is twice as light as fiberglass, because the fiber is hollow. It also has very low elasticity, which makes it ideal to increase the flexural rigidity of the sandwich. To design a high-performance diaphragm, you have to optimize a complex set of criteria, which are for the most part contradictory. The composite solution using flax in a sandwich structure with fiberglass skins is a very harmonious way of combining low mass with high internal damping, high velocity of sound, and high flexural rigidity.

The flax cone is made in France exclusively by Focal since 2013. With their original design, the cone is entirely oriented towards acoustic performance. F cone are characterized by their natural sound, with low coloration, their richness of reproduction in the midrange register and their tighter bass.

The midrange speaker drivers of the Aria Evo X line boast the TMD. The Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) is a patented technology involving circular beads molded into the mass of the surround and judiciously sized and positioned. They stabilize how the surround behaves to avoid deformation of the cone and any negative impact on the dynamics, which leads to more faithfully reproduced midrange sound.

[3-Way] I purchased these speakers as soon as I was able to afford them and I love them. I've been a fan of Klipsch family products for decades and love just about everything they make. I highly recommend them and also mention that B&H had the best price which made it an even sweeter purchase. 5

[40 to 250 W] I upgraded, way over due, my home theater system that was 10 years old, by replacing the TV and Speakers, and Receiver and subwoofers. I was face with a dilemma, wanting speakers that can double for fronts while watching movies, but also can be enjoyed in a stereo only configuration, while sounding great at both. The SVS Pinnacles were the answer. The sound is refined, pure and very musical while in stereo listening, and strong, powerful, loud & clear while watching movies. I am glad and very satisfied with those speakers purchase. The service from B&H was as usual world class and prompt. The speakers delivered in 3 days from ordering time. I highly recommend those speakers for any genres or use , no matter what the sound is amazing, also paired with a pair of SVS SB-2000's subwoofers. Highly recommend. 5

[Bass-Reflex] The sound, build and finish of these is positively incredible. Listening to my music library, with them powered by the marantz model 30 is like hearing it for the first time all over again. They have a pleasant roll off on highs, so everything is crisp, but nothing feels piercing. Mids are splendid. The low end leaves a little to be desired for sub bass, but that’s expected from this type of speaker. The lows this does cover are powerful and robust. The one quirky thing about them, is the feet are not attached. They are little spikes and platters that you rest them on. This means it is always a two person job to move the speakers. Not an issue, if you don’t move them often, but I could see that being a problem for some people. Overall though, I simply cannot recommend these enough. They are fantastic. 5

[8 Ohms] The Klipsch RP-8000F II speakers provide great sound without breaking the bank. As a previous Klipsch RP-8000F owner, I was skeptical of buying these speakers since they just sounded terrific. Whenever a manufacturer comes out with a newer model within 2-3 years, you can expect some minor improvement to justify the higher pricing. The RP-8000F II speakers do not follow this pattern. Instead they offer even better audio than the original. Listening to these speakers, it sounded as though I added an additional subwoofer to give much improved bass. Klipsch has improved the size of the horn to make the RP-8000F IIs sound as good as they are. Of course, you also get Klipsch's outstanding build quality. These speaker weigh an amazing 60+ pounds each! Although I use these speakers primarily for home theater, they also provide great audio for music applications. If you're looking for an outstanding speaker for a medium to large room, you can't beat the Klipsch RP-8000F II speakers! 5

[40 to 250 W] These Klipsch speakers replace the previous RP-8000F speakers. They have made modifications that produce a much louder sound field. I owned the previous model and with these newer speakers they give my home theater a fuller sound. It's almost as though I have added extra set of speakers. Don't take my word for it. Just check out the RP-8000F II reviews online. These speakers are the real deal! 5
