The Atlas AD-7B Long Microphone Tube features 5/8"-27 threaded male ends and an extended 3" (7.62cm) length. The AD-7B will accomodate any microphone mount and is an ideal solution on flanges, podiums, stands, desktop stands etc.

A: The Atlas Sound DS-7E Telescoping Tabletop Microphone Stand has a standard round cast iron base that may protect the mic from very minor vibrations, but it does not have sufficient padding to isolate the microphone. As an option for a similar stand that offers veru good isolation is the Auray TT-ISO Isolating Desktop Microphone Stand (B&H # AUTTISO).

A: I don't think you will have any problem with 6 arrays. The Toa Electronics HX-7B are rated at 750W continuous program at 8 Ohms for 1 array.

A: Regretfully, the Yamaha L-7B Keyboard Stand for Yamaha Genos or Digital Workstation is intended exclusively for use with the Yamaha PSRA5000 and GENOS2 keyboards.

A: Atlas has not specified a weight capacity but they do mention that the AD-14B is designed to accommodate any microphone mounts and it can hold the weight of most standard microphones along with the mount.

Q: 10. I have a Voice Cube [desktop] that I'd like to be able to place onto this mic stand. I'm not sure if the threading will work? Thoughts?

[1.3 oz (37g)] This is just a pipe with threads at each end and a lock ring. All the threads are clean and accurate, so it attaches correctly to the mic mount. 5

[Chrome] It's shiny! But seriously, this turned a useless drum microphone clip into a winner. Originally it was too short to get the mic up over the head of my djembe, because the hoop is really low. After adding this, we rock. 5

[0.15 lb] This is a very high quality, extremely well made mic tube. I originally purchased these to go on some On-Stage 6 desktop stand bases, and they went on easily and securely. I also discovered that I could use them as short replacement poles for my standard round base mic stands (great for mounting spot monitors, or other hand-high items). 5

[Chrome] I'm over 6' tall so most straight microphone stands simply aren't tall enough. This little baby give me the height need to sing without being crunched over. also, the chrome matches my existing stand so this worked great, but I did have to buy a coupler to thread the 2 together. Haven't been able to find an extender that has female threads on 1 end. 5

[1.3 oz (37g)] I use this to hang Rode microphone shock mounts upside down. Given that it's basically a bent pipe, I'm sure there are other fine uses for it. Handy to have. 5
