Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this fit a Fujifilm X-T4, 16-55, 8-16 and a 50-140?

A: While you could make the gear fit, it would be a very snug fit. The width of the bag is smaller than the diameter of the FUJIFILM XF 8-16mm f/2.8 R LM WR Lens, so the bag would be stretched to fit the lens. A better recommendation would be the Billingham Hadley One Camera Bag (Khaki FibreNyte with Chocolate Leather), B&H # BIH1KCBS, which is wider and would better fit the items you list above.

Q: 2. What is the width of the strap ???

A: Hi--the shoulder strap is 1.75" wide.

Q: 3. How long is this ??? it does not say.

A: about 9 inches

Q: 4. Does the leather grab handle have two buttons, or two rivets? I'm trying to figure out if you need to undo the buckles to get to your gear or if you can just unclasp the handle. Thanks!

A: The handle does have 2 rivets and does open however because the strap is sewn to the top cover you cannot open the bag without undoing the buckles. I also thought it would open similar to some other Billingham bags I have where you can simply undo the handle, open the flap and there would be another handle inside to easily carry with the flap open but for some reason that feature was not built into this bag. Where the leather starts on the front of the flap straps you can see where it is sewn down if you zoom in. Still an awesome bag to carry large kit with laptop.

Q: 5. Does this bag sit flat on the ground or does it tip over? I hav e a 5D MK IV with70-200 and two other lenses and I hate bags that when sitting on the ground/table the fall over.

A: This bag sits flat.

Q: 6. Can it fit Macbook Pro 13 inch (old model Late 2011) ?Do I need to take out the soft pad inside in order to fit my laptop or I can just simply take out divider ?

A: I do not have a MacBook Pro 13 but I do have a MacBook Air 13 2012. My Air measures a max length of 12 3/4 , a max width of 9 and a thickness of 1/2 .My Hadley Pro contains the padded insert container where one places the lenses and camera and it is filled with four lenses and a Fuji X-T1 camera with attached lens.If I try to fit my MacBook Air 13 - between the insert container and the back of the bag, the fit is very tight, not impossible, but tight. I suspect, but I'm not sure, that a MacBook Pro 13 would have larger dimensions than the MacBook Air 13 and thus the fit would probably be much tighter. I would say that if you take out the padded insert container that the MacBook Pro 13 would fit, but you then have a laptop bag for which you could purchase a much cheaper unit.Hope my answer assist you. Q: 7. Is the cotton canvas waterproof?

A: 100% waterproof. The canvas is bonded with rubber in a sandwich.

Q: 8. Will a 5d mark iii fit in this bag with the lens attached?

A: The bottom of the bag measures 4 by 13 inches. I fit my D7200 with a zoom lens 18/300 mm attached plus two more lenses into my Billingham bag.

Q: 9. will the leica q and batt charger along with extra batt fit?

A: As always the users always give the best advise! i cannot add anything more to this thread except to concur with John W. i personally would go into the hadley digital above the stowaway for that camera setup. but it would fit fine into the smaller stowaway.Eric

Q: 10. Does this bag have room a Nikon Zf with the Nikkor Z 40, Nikkor Z 85, and Nikkor Z 20mm lenses? TIA!

A: Unfortunately no, the Billingham Hadley Pro Camera Bag is too small to fit the items you listed.

[Yes] If you're looking for a small bag for protecting a single small camera and single lens, this is a great bag. Just the right size for a Fujifilm X100 series camera or an X-E3 with a small lens. I wrote in an earlier review that it was a bit snug for an X-Pro3, but that was before I noticed the bottom padding was removable, which makes it the perfect size for the X-Pro3 with 23/2 and hood (or similar size camera and lens.) The front pocket is small but just the right size for one spare battery and extra memory cards.

[Yes] Nothing you can complain about Billingham. Quality is great and looks remain stylish. However, I do wish the bag had a little more space. It fits 1 camera 1 lens

[Yes] Usual Billingham quality small case. So far I’m using it to carry M5 with 35mm lens one day and Rollei 35 Ricoh GRIII on other days. Great small bag for everyday use dressed or not. Now I’m wishing the depth dimension be tad smaller for less protruding element from one’s body, especially for NYC.

[Yes] The Billingham Rucksack 25 is absolutely beautiful. I own the all black version. Its one of the few bags that Ive seen that works well in both style and function. The materials are very high quality.

[Yes] I have owned this bag for approximately a few months now. I wanted to give it some use before I sat down an wrote a review. Im happy I did. Obviously, from the crafter of this bag you would assume high quality and it absolutely lives up to that. The canvas, leather, brass and excellent padding add up to one fantastic package. However, what really impressed me is the ease of use/protection this bag offers. Ive had nice over the shoulder bags in the past, but the Rucksack really is my favorite. There is so much space to hold lenses, cameras and what else you may need (you can separately purchase side pockets if you need more space as well). I am able to carry three full frame lenses (50, 65, 135mm), my Sony a7 w/ battery pack and flash in the main padded section of the bag. I could possibly fit one more lens if needed. Another exceptional quality of the Rucksack is its weather sealing. I have tested it first hand in snow and heavy rain and its great! Nothing is wet on the inside of this bag. Overall, I cant say enough- Im a very satisfied customer!

[Yes] This bag is simply amazing. I had an average shoulder bag for a long time; I bought a bigger shoulder bag when I upgraded my equipment (quantity and quality). However, I faced a problem: walking around with the gigantic shoulder bag was both impractical and unobtrusive. I watched a lot of backpack reviews and other types of shoulder bags, andBillinghamintrigued me. Both stylish, built to last and protect in all kinds of conditions, I was interested. The price was a bit prohibitive, but I thought that with the quality of this product, it could perhaps last me a whole life. Plus, I wanted something that is safe for my gear.

Having finally decided to buy it, I must admit that when I received it, the bag exceeds my expectations in terms of quality, beauty and padding to protect all my equipment. I have inserted all the material I need and even more. There is plenty of room to put everything I need.

For reference, currently in the bag, there is a Canon 7D Mark II + Battery Grip with the lens 24-105 mm, a 85mm f/2 manual, a 50mm f/1.4, a 24mm f/2.8 and finally a 70- 300 mm. On the outside sleeve, I placed Canon Speedlite 600EX II-RT, some 4 x 6 filters, 5 batteries and the charger. An AA / AAA battery charger and finally some SD and CF cards.
