The hollowed out tripod apex provides high-quality carbon fiber tubes, ensuring the tripod is easily carried on the road.

A: Not built in. and...i took it several times with me with no problem at the airport.

A: While you could stack these tubes, you would end up losing stability.

Q: 4. Will an RRS BH-40 Ball Head fit on this tripod?

A: The Sunwayfoto T3240CS comes with an embedded, non-end-user-removable ballhead. You can technically mount the RRS's BH40 on top of that, but that's highly irregular and not recommended.

A: You certainly can use this tripod with a photo head. Since the 536 has a 75mm bowl on top, you will need an adapter. This will adapt from the bowl to a flat base with a 3/8 -16 screw for mounting the photo head. Manfrotto 520BALLSH 75mm Short Half-Ball B&H # MA520BSH.

A: The Sunwayfoto T2540CT Traveler-Series Reverse Folding Carbon Fiber Tripod Folds down to 17.7" / 45 cm.

Q: 9. Does this come with a 3/8 to 1/4 adapter for the bottom thread?

A: Yes. The bottom is 3/8's with an adapter to make it 1/4. The top is 1/4 and it comes with an adapter to make it 3/8. I use the 1/4 adapter in the bottom and use the 1/4 thread in the top as it comes. I don't think I will need the 3/8 adapter for the top, but having them makes the product very versatile. The picture shows both adapters but you can't tell what they are.

Q: 10. Do these tripod legs ( MTT701AWH ) come with a carry case ?

A: No, the miliboo MTT701AWH legs do not come with a carry case.

[12.7" / 32.3 cm] I now own five(5) of these travel tripods. I purchased them for use with small 65mm Spotting Scopes for a Youth Birding Program, and Demo use. (I am a part time Birding Guide.) So far these tripods have worked out very well. Light and compact, and fairly easy for kids, and teens to carry around.Unfortunately the most recent one’s I purchased have cost me $30.00 more each than the original ones I purchased from B&H last year!. Personally; i feel they have gone up TOO much in price! Obviously I like them. Fortunately; I now have all I need. But, at the current price. I’m glad I don’t need anymore. Because I’m not willing to pay the increase in cost of them. [When B&H has Sales on Benro-Induro carbon fiber tripods? They are just as good, If not better! And they are less money!] It’s unfortunate they raised the price so much on these nice Sunwayfoto travel tripods! Only you can determine weather the cost increase is worth purchasing one? 5

[12.7" / 32.3 cm] Really nice tripod. It locks in a 22lb precision rifle no problem and holds it rock solid. The quick release levers are very convenient. The ball head is a little smaller than I expected but it's still really strong. If you can afford it I'd recommend spending and extra $110 and getting the master series with a 65 IB head. 5
