The MS-500 is built around a 1" 3.2MP ultrahigh-sensitivity SPAD (Single-Photon Avalanche Diode) sensor that uses photon counting to accurately detect light with less noise than CMOS sensors. This color camera has a B4 mount for using ultra-telephoto 2/3" broadcast lenses to capture images day or night. It supports video resolutions up to 1080p60 and supports both NTSC and PAL broadcast frame rates using a single 3G-HD/SDI output.

[Video Only] I purchased this rail as an upgrade from the 24 included in my Rhino system and I absolutely love it. It's marketed as interchangeable, and it's a pretty painless thing to swap out the pieces if you have a 24 rail. Rethreading the rubber band (which is included) is pretty smooth and easy. Just don't forget to adjust the settings in your Arc II to let it know you're using a 42 versus 24 rail. 5

[0 to 72 dB] I love these monitors! I use them with my Z-Cam E-2 for pulling focus when on a gimbal. As well as a directors monitor for clients. Great entry to wireless video. Almost no latency between these monitors. 5

[Video Only] The Tx monitor is light enough to carry on a gimbal. The Rx monitor (directors monitor) has a perfect size for a small crew production. The battery life is almost 3 hours, it has cero latency, the wireless video transmission is instantaneously. The monitor has all SmallHD menu capabilities while the Teradek is all you need for a 500 feet wireless video. I use it with my gimbal and a Redrock follow focus. Very portable and easy to use. 5

[NTSC/PAL] As my old Pentax cameras have lasted forever and are built like tanks I am not expecting to need this warranty but I purchased it because of the reasonable price and length of the warranty ($50 and for 2 years after the Pentax warranty ends). 5
